Storage suggestion for counters and other ideas
As some of you who picked up product may know, you need a good way to store your map counters so you don't have to do a lot of sorting when you're ready to play.
Jonathan had a good easy to use plastic screw case that had compartments and seemed to work well. The only thing I did not like about that was that you still had to dig some of the last ones out of each compartment, because if you just flipped them out all of your other counters might come out too and get mixed up.
So an alternative that I thought of was a 7-day pill case that you can also pickup at pretty much any department, grocery or drug store. Make sure you get one large enough, some of the smaller ones won't fit the counters. The cool part about these, at least the one I bought, is that you can open each lid separately and just flip out the colored counters you need. And just like the screw case, most of them are transparent so you can see what's inside. With 7 compartments you have enough for 1 set each of all 6 colors and you can use the other compartment for a few dice.It cost me about $4 for the larger compartment one at my local Meijer store.
A couple of other things I noticed is that a deck of 60 cards in deck protectors fits perfectly in a starter box and the lid still closes. You can fit up to 6 decks this way in one box.
The booster box holds your extra cards well too. I don't put my extras in deck protectors, so they fit nicely in the boxes for trading.
So I probably only need to carry a starter with my 6 decks, another starter with all my map tiles (once I get them) and a booster with trade stuff plus the pill box mentioned above. I can easily throw all of these in a backpack and don't need to buy any other expensive stuff to store or carry things in.
Just some thoughts.
If anyone has any other ideas make a post and we can share them.
