Good day Everybody,
I am Mariez and I am from Poland. I Play Heroes III since 2001 and I love this game. I also own and play Homm, HommII, heroes chronicles, M&M6 and 7. I like to play with my family and friends online or with "hot seat". I am interested about how many changes and improvements were made during last years to my favourite game and I collect patches, solutions and rare scenarios.I appreciate how much Your community does for the game. Hi
My name is Troels and I'm from Denmark. I've been playing Heroes since HOMM1 in 95 and played them all the way to Heroes V. I got into heroes after playing Might and Magic the RPG so I'm pretty old school.
I have a profile and a couple of posts on Celestial heavens and have been lurking here for a while. The new game from JVC creature quest got me interested and I wanted to support JVC so I became an active player. The might and magic community around CQ seems to be focused here - So here I am

Heroes 2 is my favourite of the series, although i have not yet tried 6 or 7. I don't think I've missed much though by the sounds of it.

@Mercurio, Well start asking questions if you need to find answers (or maybe you've already found them somewhere in a previous post).
Most people here will say Heroes 2, 3 or 5 are the best but there are also dedicated 4,6, 7 players.
I tried them all, 6 & 7 are not that great in my opinion so you are not missing out that much, however you can never say unless you try of course.

Hey everyone! I'm Rimgrabber, and I've been a fan of HOMM since I was around 5 or 6 and would watch my parents play HOMM3. My favorite heroes is V, and I particiapated a bit in the voting and discussion on the Shadow Council. I hope to one day see HOMM return to it's former glory, and am working on a blueprint (faction lineups, story, skills etc.) for my ideal HOMM game.

I'm JoJoMax and consider myself as a passionate Hotseat casual player  . I simply love these “just one more turn” epic games which make you forget about the time. I started playing HOMM3 long night sessions with a good friend to avoid discussions with my parents about playing too long. Best games ever! Being much older now, I could play any night but my trusted allies are scattered around the land and don’t live next door anymore. But man, do we have a blast if we finally manage to organize another HOMM3 or 5 session - it is like a time machine to one of your favorite gaming memories. Anyways I figured out, it is about time to join the community I was silently following.

I like maps with lots of quest guards where you play for one main hero and fight against others one by one. Something like 'Empire of the world'. Maybe you can recommend the good one?

Wogifying map reactivates unwanted heroes in the tavern
Perhaps someone can help me:
I arranged all map with the map editor and all runs well now. But after wogyfing the map, several unwanted heroes appear in the tavern that should not be recruitable. It seems that after wogyfying the map the disabled heroes of the map menue now are kind of '"reactivated". I did google for it but found nothing.

Hello everybody!
I thought it was time for me to join the community, after lurking around for a longer time than I would like to admit. Anyway, my journey as a Heroes player started with the second one. Which I loved(one of the first game I ever played)! I remember playing the homm3 demo to death before I finally got my hands on the full game. I spent quite a lot of time in the 4th and the 5th Heroes as well. I recently started to replay the Heroes III campaigns since I actually never finish them. I think I'm gonna stick around and check out some of the custom maps and maybe make some myself.

Yeah, it's your boy, Titus, Chaplain at mmh7.com who was screaming "HERESY!!!" at everthing for around a year. And, guess what, I was right, everything was disgusting heresy.
I came from the spanish forum knowns as the "Ivory Tower" (heroesofmightandmagic.es) because I was bored and because our forum is deadly silent after the H7 fiasco. And, you know what, my forum is better. It has dankness while this shieeet is plane boring. Go get a look at our forum, it looks dank. There are stars in the background, an Ivory Tower at the left, and the text box looks like papyrus, not like this white and grey boredom. We also have more dank emoticons. And you can choose your own avatar since the begining without having to relay in these sovietic moderators.
Also, in my forum people can write their own post since the begining whitout having to replay to some faggets nor having to wait one snowty hour. I miss that time were mmh7.com didn't have moderators and everything was an ancap utopia... like in Mad Max. Please, moderators, don't moderate, it's funnier that way. Believe me, I'm a moderator at the Ivory Tower and everything gets danker when we insult each other (but with kindness, of course, we insult each other with kindness).
I am now here, writing in this pirate tongue (also known as english), because I'm bored and I want more M&M memes. It's time to troll those tree-hugers cucks, who's with me?

Because you had some inside info that they were fraudulently overpricing their shares to keep afloat and the bubble would burst under Vivendi's pressure to acquire them? I depends, I couldn't say for sure without seeing it. The Tavern is generally for non-Heroes related stuff. If your fan-fiction draws inspiration from Heroes 7, you could post it in the Heroes 7 - Falcon of the Last Flight subforum. The Heroes 7+ Altar of Wishes is for discussing about the future of Heroes and proposals, ideas, etc. But don't worry too much about it, if it's somehow not the appropriate subforum, a moderator can move it for you.
