You need admin-rights for copying into that folder.

That was the "error" message... I hope that I am able to download and play these maps, because my summer-holiday begins next week and I want to enjoy playing these maps ^^
And I just censored my files... They are not bleeding

As far as i know there are two possibilities to solve that problem:
1.Unzip the maps in the download folder (or wherever they are now, just not in programs folder)and move them after that into the maps folder.
or
2. Run winrar with admin-rights, you can do this by right clicking on it and then choosing that option. But I use the first one, haven't tried this.

Well I did not find anything HoMM maps in the download folder... But I downloaded another map from maps4heroes.com and its name was "Gold Heart" made by Timothy Duncan.
After downloading, I tried again to UNZIP that map, but it did not work... Same result 
Maybe I should try another program which can "unzip"? Anything suggestions?

Easily. Right-click and "extract here" option or similiar. See manual.
Still, if you can't create folders, there must be something wrong with your operating system. Most likely you have limited access and privileges.

Okay..
But when I extract it, it loads... but it loads until 78% but after that, it does not load anymore... It stays at 78%...
I think that I am not able to play these maps... because I cannot "unzip" these files, I do not know the reason... very sad because my summer holiday will begin after several days and I cannot enjoy these great maps made by other people
Yeah, this means that I will give up because it seems like there are not possibility anymore

Where are you trying to extract that maps? Because when I have tried to extract them into the Heroes-folder it also doesen't works. But you could try to make that:
Just tick everything at Step3 and it should work, atleast it does for me.
If you want you could also tell me some of the maps you wanna play and I can make them ready for you and send them to you, btw is it possible to send files through HCMessenger? if not you have to send me your e-mail adress via HCM.
