A new member from China
Hello,evryone! I have dived in this forum at lest half a year. I'm a true-hearted WOG fans in China and also I'm a webmaster of the WOG forum in China. You all may never know how many people in China love WOG and how much person hope earnestly to play up the WOG of Chinese version.If you have the interest, welcome to visit the WOG forum website in China:

Hello and welcome to Heroes Community!
I tried to find some Chinese maps for WoG, but had problems with download. I did manage to take a look at "Chaser" scenario and enjoyed it. Could you recommend some other maps?
Do some of you make ERM scripts? Is there something interesting you could share here?
How large is the chinese community? How many active members does your forum have?
(Sadly, I don't speak Chinese.  )

The map "Chaser" is one of the best wog scenario map in China,but now, it still have Chinese version,I could do some translation to upload this map. The author of the map is one of the best men in China who are good at making ERM scripts. His name is woodmelon,and maybe someone know the ID:GB'? He is the author of WOG map "Mars",another wonderful WOG map! Sadly to say,now,those WOG map are still have Chinese version.So, if you show me a big hand,I think I do will make the effort to let you all know what's the true situation of WOG in China
OK, the chinese community, well, is not small but not very large. The active members we have,around 20.
Please tell me how can i upload my files such as ERM scripts and WOG maps and so on,I'll try to show you about those things i just mentioned as soon as possible.Thanks!

You upload the maps to MapHaven (you need to register first ). Look for "site map", then "upload map" links.
You could join ByteBandit's yahoo group and upload your maps AND scripts there, too.

I think there still are some more wonderful maps.
such as 'The dragon slaughter'(still being upgraded by woodmelon , now to editon 1.26f);
'CHASER'(by woodmelon(sorry)), now to v2.2f(yunings'trying translate it into English);
'MARS'(by GB)

Once you sign in, that's all you have to do. Is your account "bouncing" perhaps? We have the group set up in such a way, that memberships don't require approval. Anyone can join! If you are still having problems, maybe you better set up with a new account and try again. This is the first time that I've heard of someone not being able to go into one of the group sites after joining and not being able to return again.
And once you have joined the group or groups, add it to "my favorites" and you should be able to go into it without having to rejoin. Good Luck.

There're 3251 topics and 46163 replies in the forum under your charge(also my charge )now ...counting other WOG forum in China, maybe we can say,to magnify a little,the chinese WOG community is quite large, maybe it's larger than ... a Titan
but accord with your words,the active member is few.People play,enjoy,diffuse,but just a tiny number
of them like to make.They also explain that they can't multi-play WOG normally except hot seat mode,or more people will put attention on this game.

Well, I have succeeded in signing in the [url=http://games.groups.yahoo.com/group/wakeofgodsmaparchive/]The Wake of Gods Map Archive I [/url] today. A few day later, I'll upload one of the most famous WOG map--"Chaser" to share with all of you--Of course, it's an English version. I hope you all like it and enjoy it!

I have emailed you a list of all the ByteBandit Map Archives so that you could post them on your Chinese Forums.
