disciples?

i don't know if this has been suggested in another topic, but perhaps a disciples 2 based mod, maybe changing the necropolis into the undead (e.g. making skeletons a higher level unit, zombies lower, adding in the fiend for the commander (i really don't like the soul eater), maybe having the bone dragon replaced by a zombie dragon that has a breath attack, making it more dragon-like, etc)
also to add in artifacts based on disciples
creature summoning orbs (miscellaneous, scripted i guess, similar to allowing the devil guy to fight on your behalf with the hourglass, instead having other armies dependant on orbs, e.g. vampire armies, orc armies, etc)
wands (similar to scrolls, but dont require the wisdom)
maybe stand-alone artifacts that grant shield/stoneskin (relics)
and more items that increase speed across certain terrain (like in heroes 2 i guess, but i was thinking of the forest boots)
new locations to visit, new dungeons that allow fights with stronger units, rather than the heap of level 1 and 2 dungeons in WoG currently. having naga banks and dragon utopias at the limit kind of sucks, perhaps having lower level units but a lot more of them, say, legions of imps?
spells that can damage enemy armies from outside the battles (maybe using the effect from whirlpools?) though i've read another post that making new spells is impossible which sucks

there's probably a lot more that i can come up with
but yeah

well, i'm not fantastic with programming the scripts (very hard and confusing) and the artwork (on computer) i haven't tried yet, it was just an idea and i'm full of them for this!
what i really need is some validation that the above is possible to do with the current capabilities of WoG and if there are people who are interested in helping out (e.g. scripting and monster/town work)
over the weekend i'm going to draw some concepts of how it would look, and i'll post them when i'm done

There is no need for Disciples mod,mostly because the similarity between the games,it's easier to just play Disciples than make heroes mod
Although some of the options from Disciples should be added as well some graphic.

I see from what you write you never played online Dwellings are fine although more are always welcomed.

Absolutely not,that would completely destroy already fragile balance the game has btw in disciple you lead only few soldiers while here you lead an entire army so it be either weak or imba

In the end,just one advice: don't even think that someone will do this for you,anyone can have an idea,but if you don't know to make creatures or script then you will hardly get any help.Sorry,but this is the truth.
Anyway,if you really want to make it,then good luck with this

EDIT:
For all those who don't know to import DEF files,this is how I do it:
-Start Command Prompt (Start Menu,All Programs,Accessories)
-Switch to your partition (in my case E) by pressing X: (X being your partition letter)
-Then go to the data folder of the game with the CD command(again,in my case it's CD games/HoMM III - WoG/data)
-then type h3sprite.exe @name of the def file (in this case it's h3sprite.exe @ZM178NPC.DEF)

Here is the picture to make it clear



And that's it
btw you'll need this copied in your data folder for this way to work
