Harpies Question - Swoop
The Harpies have a swoop attack that allows them to attack from the back rank without moving to the front, but their version of flight does not ignore obstacles until after the first round. So does that mean that Harpies in the back rank don't get any benefit from Swoop Attack on the first turn, or can they take the attack from the back rank and the flight restriction only means they can't hit the enemy back rank on the first turn?

I read this as Harpies may Swoop from their ranged line, attacking opponents melee line, starting from round 1. After round 1, they may also fly from their melee line to attack your opponents ranged line.
