Only because my countless admirers have requested it...
TUM's Numbers While enrolled at Male Gigolo Grooming School
Body Weight: 172 (in G-String only)
Age: Unknown (Only my hairstylist knows)
Bench Press: 305 lbs. (one rep max)
Squat: 225 lbs. (ten-rep set, never maxed out)
Deadlift: 350 lbs. (four-rep set, never maxed out)
Although those are TUM's basic numbers, here is the icing on the cake with the stripper inside...
Shoulder Press (dumbell): 95 lbs. EACH (four-rep set, never maxed-out)
As you can see, if push really came to shove, TUM could truly carry the weight of the female world on his powerful shoulders! Now, all you CyberGeeks need to start pumping iron and stop pumping those blow-up dolls, and while you are at it, just remember...

TUM could have probably maxed out at about 335 on squats, but your observation is duly noted.
Please take into consideration that TUM is also a medium-to-long distance runner. As a result, TUM's somewhat-lean yet rock-solid legs have a higher composition of Type IIb muscle fibers (endurance), and subsequently not as many Type I muscle fibers (strength and explosiveness). Don't forget that TUM also has been chased by women his entire life, which just compounds this effect, and remember...

Extreme, just in case you didn't know, it is a good idea to take everything TUM says with a grain of salt.
Although, he does seem to have a good knowledge of different muscle types (except for the fact he got them all mixed up).

Ok, after you sit down, how long does it take for the fats to stop shaking and settle? Is it over 1 minute?

My main sport is swimming. I swim 50m butterfly and 50m freestyle.
I play rugby on the flank or the wing.
I also sometimes do waterpolo, athletics (100m and 800m) and australian football.

I finally took some swimming lessons (mostly to better my technicque and stuff) and we had to try the butterfly...
it was like watching a heavy retarded dalphin trying to get out of a net.

What's the practical point of butterfly, anyways? It isn't the fastest and neither the most economocal swimming style. And I might be wrong, but it looks like it wastes even more energy than freestyle, which is faster. Oh, and when you do it you do kinda look like a retarded dolphin trying to get out of the net

you could say the same thing about the breast stroke....
probably why they have diff events for each style.
benefits? (since we're talking about getting in shape)
I've noticed that the swimmers doing the brest stroke have rippeder (or more ripped) abs than the regular freestyle. tha's incentive enough for me!

Quote: you could say the same thing about the breast stroke....
Breast stroke? This is the one where you move your arms to the sides? That's the most economical style. When I was a kid I swimmed 3km one way and 3km back across the Ural river using this style without getting very tired. (Scared the living s**t out of my grandfather who thought I drowned because some stupid f**k told him I swimmed towards the other shore like an hour ago and haven't came back yet. He was gonna kill me when he saw me coming back, so I thought about swimming back to the other side again )
And I would assume that the reason those guys are more ripped is because your body has to consume WAAAAY more energy during a few hour swim with an economical style than during a few minute swim with a fast style.
The same goes for long-distance jogging, etc. Even walking can burn A LOT of energy if you walk for 15-25km. When you do weight lifting you do burn some energy, but it isn't nearly as much as the above activities. So, a bodybuilder has to do a whole lot of running to get ripped.

Actually, not so. A bodybuilder will diet the weight off rather than run it off (as to not burn any precious muscle tissue). This is not to say they don't do some cardio... just very very minimal. If you see a professional bodybuilder in person, you will see that he can't take 5 steps without being out of breath.
They do know their own bodies probably better than anyone else would know theirs... that being said, they know exactly how many calories to take in when putting on 15 lbs in 2 months, or dieting for a contest 12 weeks out, etc... They know not only what to take in, but when exactly to do it. Beyond that, there are other ways of getting ripped, such as thermogenics (ECA stack - Ephedrine, Caffene, Aspirin) for example.

yeah but in the case of butterfly style...
it would be a better comparison to say that freestyle swimming is endurance running, but butterfly is like endurance sprinting!!
so yeah, you burn alot more energy.

ROFLMAO!!! Endurance sprinting? haha! Put that crack pipe down and don't use it for the rest of the day, you've had enough.
But compared to running, swimming is like this:
sprinting speed > running speed > jogging speed
sprinting energy > running energy > jogging energy
The running part makes sense... however,
freestyle speed > butterfly speed > breast stroke speed
butterfly energy > freestyle energy > breast stroke energy???
wtf? that doesn't make much sense to me (unless I got it all wrong and butterfly actually uses less energy than freestyle).
