The halo is often accompanied by whistling and a face trying to look innocent. It makes you wonder what that Monk is trying to hide.

So the name is Halo. It should be placed above Angel's head. but nice idea to move it to Cleric's!

The halo is suppose to present the inquisitor as a "holy man". But this is an inquisitor! he tourchers people to convert them! I agree the halo should be placed over the Angels head, as it is from heaven and is kind of sacred and devine. The "monk" looks like a crazy reverign that shreds people, not a man of clergy.

Inquisitor lost his halo in final version (though it never bugged me, since I'm not that very into religion symbol usage problems) and angel get's his halo (the huge one) when casting resurrection.

heroes 3 monks rule. for me, they are the coolest looking creature in the game. all that light in the zealots i mean... the fact remains still that they are the weakest 5 level in 1 on 1 combat, though.

The final version of the Inquisitor has changed a lot... Has he kept the name? Is this the upgrade or not?

I think this design resembles the swordsmen too much.. replacing the halo with a helm wasn't necessary at all, and the inquisitor loses alot of its original persona because of it.

Is this realy the final disign Vlaad? it looks fake. The helm doesn't match the unit at all, and it looks like it has been taken from the swordsman and placed on the Clerics head by photoshop... I hope it is fake, because it looks horrible...

Yes, the face did say "I tourcher people and I love it!",
but now we can't see the face! maybe the priest is ashamed of his job? maybe he doesn't want his victims to see his face?
just crazy speculations...
Anyway the swordsman like helment sucks, they must remove it!

I thought i couldn't hate the haven more.so, I was wrong...This is something new for me(being wrong), and it feels strange...I could even say I liked the homm3 monk, but the homm5 is just...no comment. this is just a shame for the haven...
remove the helmet, it will stop the monk from seing my undead minions crush him with no mercy...

I like the H3 monk/zealot but the H5 war monk really rulz and the halo just adds up more coolness to the picture.It's like the inquiziotr sais:"I'm here to kick a*s and I'm not scared of battle or killig!".And at the same time the halo says:"Hey don't forget that he's a holy man after all,don't be too scared by the huge hammer and the batlle wardrobe - he'll do you no harm if you don't make him." 
So i'm gonna stay with the H5 zealot (zealot is a better name for this unit than inquizitor) but if this helmet stays on it's head...pfff it just won't do cause` that's a holy man after all,not Haven's tank.
About the halo - my opinion is that it's perfect on the inquizitor,we all know that the angels have halos,we don't actually need to see it.But the only thing linking the inquizitor to God are the halo and the cross he's holding.So lose the helmet and let the halo stay.

Nope, it is from the Wake of the Gods, an Mod, not actually an expansion pack (but most think of it as a completely diferent game, and I agree)
About the vote, well, te other monks didn't looked like someone who would actually walk into a battle, that's why I chose the H5 monk. he most appealing fact in H5 to me so far is that most of its creatures actually looks ready for a battle, armed and armored (except the pixies/sprites and, at some degree, the dark elven chicks)
The WOG one with the red robe is probably my favorite. Love the light in the hood thing also on the Zealots. The H5 ones are pretty cool also, I just think they look a little to meen. Of course, I suppose an inquisitor can be a pretty nasty guy. :|
