Poll Question: Has your experience of me been positive or negative?
Recently, after applying for moderator (yes, again) and having it declined (yes, again), a certain mage pointed out that
Quote: There is also a consistent flow of negative remarks from you on the forum
When I asked him what he meant, he replied with
Quote: I suggest asking other members to check whether their experience of you is positive.
Now, this has me somewhat thinking...Have I really been too negative/pessimistic with my posts as of late?
I do realize that my viewpoints often contrast with those of the rest of the community, but when I do argue with the other members I try to present my opinions in a logical way, without offending people in any way.
Please vote honestly, You don't have to reply, it will be kept anonymous that way, and also I won't hold it against you if you vote negative, and explain why.

I wish you put in some options in between.
I guess you were rather hard to cooperate with in Axis, but other than that I guess I'm within the neutral area towards you.

We were very torn over the Stiven ban half a year ago. I didn't want to bring up this discussion again, but it is the best way to get my thoughts across. I felt that your views on that issue were short-sighted, as with many other members, defending Stiven's positives and letting his negatives slide. I just can't see you with that kind of stance and judgement as a mod. Perhaps you have a different opinion or outlook on things now; I'd be open to that. I hope you understand.
I think modship will require a lot of maturity and responsibility from you. By stating this, I'm not saying that you're unfit for the role. Maybe they just expect to see more from you that reflects your desire to serve as a moderator. You have potential, but maybe you'll need to display more of it in order to prove your worth. That's just what I think.

I would have said positive things, but during my time here I have noticed that your negatives only just outweighed your positives. But don't consider yourself alone in this situation.
When I joined HC for the first time I, too said some rather negative things, mainly towards Pan, Woock and Stiven, the latter of whom I have never gotten along with EVER. I have also had some run-ins with RSF, Lord PC, Mr Niceguy and Sir Dunco, but I have learnt to get along with.
Just remember, you're not even close to being banned yet, and you won't end up like old Stiven.

I donīt want to comment anything about your negative behaviour (if there is any though..), but one thing is worth to be mentioned. I donīt know if u act like this in reallife aswell, or only on the net, but u seem to be a guy who has much potential and fantasy, but u lose motivation very fast. Means, u start things with much energy (at least it seems like this..), but all of a sudden, u leave it and it gets forgotten.
Examples?
- Your fiction stories about the efreets (+qp)
- Your story about hunting Valerji (+qp)
- The (elemination) game u started (+qp)
....
You know what i mean?
Try to bring things to an end, coz most of the time, the "reward" u get for good acts comes after u finished it, not in the middle (especially in reallife). And if u have done well, u easier get motivation for the next "project".
Donīt waste your potential, coz this is, what makes u unique!

Very well.
As a GM in Axis, I have found it very hard to move your storyline forward due to your severe lack of cooperation. When I asked you to change something (and I had good reasons, too), first you were very aggressive and afterwards edited your post into something way out of character.
I have never had any other problems with you though, so...

Angelito it isn't me that loses interest, its the other people.
If i receive very little or no feedback and/or encouragement, I see no reason to continue it, if people are constantly bugging for more I will continue it.
Take my Survivor game for example, I was following it through. I'm still waiting on votes from 4 people, I have a document saved on my computer on who is voting on who, and If those 4 people (I'm not exactly sure who they are) Will continue it, I will continue it.
And my Efreet story was finished anyways. It was only a short story.
And the story about Valeriy was kind of canceled due to the fact that I got a new computer, and could not install Heroes 3 due to the fact that my install disk is broken. I tried hunting for an illegal copy of it on Limewire (its not like its that illegal anymore..3D0 don't exist anymore so :-/) and No avail, if anyone could send me Heroes 3 Complete I can gladly finish my game with Val, if it is up to him.
Woock - Looking back on the threads I see what you meant.

Now that I think about this more...
You are generally a nice guy who is pretty positive, but every once in a while, you seem to get upset about something, and you are negative for a while after that. In the past you have received penalties during these times.
A while back, when I thought that one of your ideas for an RP would make as a better solo thread, you got upset about it and you were a little negative for a couple weeks.
Though I'm sure that you have an open mind about this particular issue right now, in the past you don't seem to take criticism very well, especially if it is unexpected. As a moderator you can receive criticism whenever you least expect it and it can be extremely upsetting and stressful.
However I have not seen this sort of stressful, super-critical atmosphere since Stiven left. But at the moment we aren't in dire need of a new moderator anyway. So even if you were a shoe in, you might likely be turned down anyway.
