Race: 6
Uninteresting, some more chewing on a bad concept to start with (the H3 Conflux). I don't see the relevance of the name "Seerhome". Judging by their history, they seem a might oriented fation
History: 5
Too stuffy, too hard to keep track of, some things don't add up
Creatures: 6
A simple reshuffle of the conflux faction. Pixie becomes wisp, elementals just change names or borrowing abilities from creatures in past gmes, the Chimaera's presence seems to be random (they just happenned to live in those caves)
Balance: 6
Better thought creature abilities would have made this score higher
Originality: 5
Not much to count as original
Bonus: +2 for having covered most of the aspects necessary for defining a faction (including buldings, perosnalized heroes, campaign plot etc)
TOTAL: 30
You did put up a great amount of effort, I guess, Fortress_Fan, but I'm afraid you weren't that inspired.

Hello there fan - time for a review:
Im sorry to admit that my impression after reading your entry carefully (twice) is: confusion.
Perhabs I just don´t understand your town, but things just don´t add ud for me...
Race: 4 (A strange mix of elementals, alchemists, warlords, dukes, clans, planeswalkers, a senate... I miss a clear idea of what this town is about. And where are the seers this town is named for? (except in the one special building ´tower of seers´)
History: 4 (There seem to be many side tracks as well as some inconsistensies - again I find it hard to keep track (or maybe I´m just getting old )
Creatures: 5 (Average - a nice mix)
Balance: 7 (Nice variety of creature types. I like the plunder skill - it is not unbalanced IMHO.)
Originality: 6 (Seems very close to the conflux town. But you get extra points here for providing ideas for campaign as well as other nice extras...)
Overall: 26 / 50 (Sligtly below average)
Best of luck to you!
Frak.

Yes, I must admit that my history where to long. The name "Seerhome" is better than the old "Conflux"! (I think) Thank you for your comment, anyway!

Sorry dude, I wanted to like this town but I just couldn’t
(minus one for no flag)
(plus two just for sheer effort)
Total Score=29
How I graded these:
Race (Originality [1-5]+Compatibility with HOMM5 universe[1-5])
History (How interesting is it to me [1-5] +Compatibility with HOMM5 universe [1-5])
Creatures (Originality [1-5] +Internal Consistency [1-5])
Balance (are the special skills inventive [1-5] + Does it have a variety of flyers, shooters, walkers, spell-casters [1-5]
Originality (all the originality scores added up and divided by two. This means that creativity counts twice. [1-10])

Comments: The history, while very imaginative, is quite disjointed and therefore difficult to keep up with. However, the additions of Hero biographies and campaigns have earned you 2 extra points in this regard – it is great that you’ve fully-fleshed out the town’s storyline, inhabitants, and role in the game. Unfortunately, the race is much too similar to the Conflux, and the idea of putting elementals in a town isn’t original, since it was done in Heroes III. The balance is fairly well done, through the compensation of raw statistics for numbers, (though the Wisps have are too powerful for a level 1 with the incorporeal ability) and is a match for the Necropolis. Again, there is nothing too original for the creatures, and although the last level Chimera is an interesting addition, it is perhaps slightly out of step with the rest of the town. Overall, the detail and effort you have put into the town is excellent, it is just a disappointment that you have chosen to re-develop an old race with similar creatures.
