Empire of the World II Help
So I found my Homm3 Complete package the other day and filled with excitement like the first time I played it I installed it and began playing. After browsing the forum for good SP maps It looked like The Empire of the World II was a favorite. So I started playing it but after awhile I was stuck. I have killed Prince John and I must get through to King Arthur but there is no passage. I read the readme file which was included and it said that you had to water walk in order to get to King Arthur but I have tried for hours and it isen't possible to water walk to his location  I have even checked the passability in the map editor and I can't find a spot where you would be able to perform a water walk.
I guess almost everyone here have played the map and I would appreciate some help in the matter, I can mail anyone who wishes the save game if it would be any help.

All ready summoned three, the problem is that you can't dock the boat anywhere.

There must be a creature from "The month of.."
in the way. Sorry to say, either you start over
or use cheat codes to fly over him.

Sure u can waterwalk to his town.
1. You have captured Princetown
2. Did u sail to the west on the sea at the bottom of Princetown? try to use a hero with scouting or with a scouting artefact. Kill the thunderbirds guarding the 3 +1 defense towers (marletto), to reveal the area west of Princetown a bit more .
3. Sail further to the west until u canīt get any further.
4. Back to princetown, place your hero near the +1 attack/defense building and cast waterwalk (be carefull to NOT being on cursed ground when casting!). Now u can "walk" over the cursed ground (which is just water) and land on the grassy plain. From there u can reach King Arthurs town without any problems.

Right, I forgot he might not have found the passage.
I once got stuck there because there a group of imps
were in the way.

I took a screenshot of my situation:
I can't water walk over the cursed ground since a creature stack is blocking the path correct?
I don't want to cheat too much since I think it spoils the game. Is there a simple cheat code where you simply fly/teleport to a spot on the map? I check a cheat thread here on the forum but I couldn't find a similar cheat, anyone got any ideas?
Otherwist I guess I have to load a previous save game from Month 1 :/

Looks not good though...
Some hints.....always save on week 4 day 7 on every month....those creature double can be a real pain.
I would suggest u start that game again, coz as i can see, u have month 7 already, and that is very late at that stage.
Itīs no problem to start it again, coz that map is really cool to play..
Btw...i edited your post and put [img] in front and [ /img] (without space) behind of your link to show the pic directly.
Edit:
You can try one more thing though. Perhaps u have a scouting artefact. Then get in water again and visit the left marletto tower of those 3 again, to reveal a bit more of the map where the centaurs are. I donīt think the troggies will disturb you though. You just have no place to land again.

Yeah youre right it's a cool map and I guess I have to replay it, what's a few hours right?

hehe I ran in to almost the same problem when playing from a previous saved game. I think the centaur is blocking the path and I would just like to get this confirmed so I can restart the whole map with a clean conscience
and a picture from the editor where I removed the cursed ground.
So what are youre expert opinion about this? Easiest way to go is to replay the whole map and revert back to a previous saved game when creatures of the month are created?
On the other hand isen't it possible to edit the maps ie removing the centaur and then save the map and load the saved game? I tried this but it diden't work out so well.

Game freezes
Hello people!
The game freezes after visiting the quest guard. Right after I close the message box. The message box contained no message in this case. I'm using HD mod as you can see but I did try to load the save from the original and also freezes. In the HD mod I have SoD_SP plugin and also the file to speed up animations and so on.
Hope anybody could help fixing this error. Thanks in advance !

it means you started the game without god of fire (known bug). mapsforheores has a version where you can check first day if he is alive.
As for your save, unless someone can hexedit and remove the thing, is over.

Hi Salamandre,
I wasn't aware about the bug but I read that I had to pay attention to the signals but I never read something about checking if God of fire was there. I checked in my save and, as expected, it isn't there. Thanks for your input.

Wrong save, this is 624 and still not rid of the Khans.
Post 711 like in your screenshot or whichever save you have ready to go in the Merlin area.
