Heroes III Difficulty Question
Hello,
I have a question regarding the difficulty levels in Heroes III Complete.
The only difference between Hard, Expert and Impossible difficulty levels is the amount of resources the player and AI get. The AI behaviour/toughness is exactly the same on Hard, Expert and Impossible. Is that correct?
It seems that people have different opinions on this subject.
Thank you.

Yes that is correct. Read the description of hard: "The computer plays to the best of its abilities"
If people have other opinions they should back up that claim somehow

Well, I wonder if this is actually true? http://www.celestialheavens.com/viewpage.php?id=24
It states that there are some AI behaviour differences between Hard, Expert and Impossible. Who's right in this case?

Not completely true.
Computer "fights" to its best ablitiy, yes. 130% or 200%...doesn´t matter.
But there are things the AI does when the difficulty gets higher.
For example, on 160% and on 200%, AI focusses very strong on digging for the grail. On 200%, he starts digging after 2 or 3 obelisks.
AI also buys more heroes on higher difficulty. You won´t find more than 5 or 6 AI heroes when playing 130%, but on 200%, u will find 8.
There are some more differences though...

Could you please indicate those?
Just to remind you, I really don't care about resource/score differences. I'm just trying to find out which difficulty level gives the most advanced and aggressive AI - and I will choose that one.
