Sure...and what do u think the boy would say, if his father asks him "Should we try that with your little sister aswell?"
He would for sure immediately stop crying and getting a devilish smile in his face...

stop being so stiff guys!!
If you ask me that video is funny as hell.I think some of you guys should realise the difference between a prank a parent pulls to his child and an abuse that will haunt that child for eternity. Im sure the little boy shared that video to his friends on the internet as soon as he changed his panties. No one thinks a joke is funny when the joke is on them, but i could bet money that if someone gets pranked like this, he will try to fool others too, so he won't be the last one fooled. It's a matter of ego IMHO.

If the boy had started giggling instead, the video would have won a couple of grand on America's Home Video, and we would all be having a good laugh at his expense and sending the video to grandma and the cousins. Come on, can you seriously claim your pranks never go wrong? Putting this online was not the idea of the century, but half the world would be in therapy if this was considered child abuse. It's no surprise shrinks are making so much money these days.

You can call it funny but the child displayed serious shock. It wasn't a case of him getting jolted and giggling about it.
The reaction kid had from the computer was clearly quite painful. You can see who the kid ran to when in fright (trust).
I see nothing funny in a parent using a child's trust to inflict pain, and being amused by it.
If you imagine yourself in the same situation as that kid, of course you wouldn't have that kind of fright, and if you did it would indeed be amusing.
I think it's that kind of amusement that turns trusting kids into cynical adults, who get off on doing that to others, to feel ok about how frightened and hurt they were when it was done to them.

ur overreacting Val, no offense but that's my opinion.
It's just a joke, the kid got scared but im sure in a few moments he would laugh too thinking that is a funny prank to pull to his friends.
U have no clue whatsoever that a parent recored that video and i agree it's not really parentlike to do this. i reckon an older brother did it, so it's just a mean joke. Now get over it!

My opinion is that you are underreacting, no offence but I'll stand by mine
Your speculation that the kid laughed afterwards and did that joke to others is as questionable as my speculations.
