He's Jan from Baldur's Gate II. He's a G.N.O.M.E..
Also if you hate that dwarf like gnomes make something like this:
I don't like that halfling like gnomes!
Gnomes are fat, guys with white or black beard and shorter than a dwarf!
Why not make gnomes like drawes? They aren't boring!

Alright, listen: Why are you bickering over something you can't control? I can make the Gnome's image to whatever pleases me, and I have already made the result. Please, just stop this argument!
