And the winner is... of course, HOMM V
I guess, we can even make a list of pro's here:
HOMM won't screem at you if you are totally drunk
HOMM won't insist on playing it, if u are totally drunk
HOMM will always wait patiently for you while you play baseball/soccer/basketball
HOMM never has a headache
Even HOMM V collectors edition and comp upgrade costs less then a woman
Feel free to add yours...

Sounds like all the qualities of ICTC
...I agree, HOMM would win lol! I mean it's not like the game is addictive, or takes hours to complete, or transports you to another plane of reality
(just spreading the for you Val and in petition to get LM back...)

Nah it may be the best for the rest of us
Nothing better to learn from others mistakes, watch a couple players either lose their jobs, families, and whatever else they may think is important. Then we will know that H5 is the real winner

I seen many players miserable in the yrs playing because of depression & not caring because of the addiction & the spuses cant take it anymore because of neglect.
People care about the game then the world around them & until it is too late, people will never know.
Then theres those youngins 12 yr old 16 etc who play any addictive game constantly that they dont even know what the real world even looks like or what color the day sky is lol.
All these entertainment keeps our kids indoors & when i was younger i went out, partied, movies, hanged out, dating & alot of stuff but it seems theres so much indoor entertainment that kids just dont have fun doing that anymore.
So yea early addiction to video games can lead to alot of break ups I think.

Extremely agreed with Acu, cos im one of them
When i just started my college this year, i was shock by the activities my classmates do after school. Its not HOMM forever, ITS DOTA forever. Then i notice a boy in class with hardly plays games and he is fit, clever, sharp and GOOD in any sports he played.
So GAMES CAN CAUSE FATAL consequences, so take the risk and play or give up games completely NOW!! [Esp Homm5 ].
For me, im going to take the RISK

Thank God
I am glad there are so many people who value games over family and contribution.
Who would serve our fries and wash our windows if not for people whose priorities were so out of whack that they actually praise addiction.
Have fun in divorce court :-)

holy geeezzz!! it's gettin a little drippy in this post, all i wanted to hear was a few good threats made by spouse or partners at there wayward game playing significant others.
way back in homm 3 days was sitting in a game with jb, zud, and yawacko, that crazy 4 way hourglass i think, when right on day 7, the day you gotta get rdy to break or toss yer chips in, my wife comes out in this crazyyyy outfit, was verry hot let me tell ya!! and she tells me drop the game and take her now or get the hell outta this house!! i never did make the break on day 8.
