I don't get it I have played too many tote games since it came out yet i never got one. Hamachi is safer than lan..?

Unlikely, since Hamachi also uses LAN through a virtual network afaik...
Arkady, it could be your connection not very good... do other games cause problems in network as well?

not sure havent played any other games with him over lan ill have to check the connection since we got a new modem that is wireless and that could be causing problems  thanks guys

old visions do have this problem due to the bad support of local lan game.but in tote it has improved a lot.

Hello,
I dont know if it is a proper topic for this kind of question, but...
I have purchaset Homm5 Tote (org version) and when i insalted it, i have 3.0 wer. I have dowloaded Tote patch ubdating it to 3.1, tha patch is in the language of the or Tote. and when i click on it it starts to ubdade and then and error shows up. the error states that i dont have the game instaled.
Any Ideas??

Not sure I understand you correctly, but the error you descripe normally occurs when the version (language) of the pack you try to isntall doesn't match the language of the original game. Notice that there are both US and UK versions as well as standard and collector's editions that may have different patches.

Use Auto Updater, you can find it in the same place where the game exe file is (bin folder).

Only case I have heard of this is when the patch version does not match the game's. What version is your game and what patch did you use? Maybe you made a mistake there, otherwise I would consider reinstalling tote and try again.

Do note that there's no US version for 3.1, use the EU version instead. Well, at least if you're using an US version of TotE.

Well, i use a Polish Version of ToTe, 3.0 and I managed to find a Polish/Hungarian mode 3.0. I Wish i had eng language there..;(

Try reinstalling... or redownloading if you have a fast internet connection...

Nope, i had a regular 3.0 Till now, thank You
But still it says that i donta have the base Homm5
Maybe its because i dont have SP2 or sth??;/

I dont know if there is the right place to post the thread,but it seems like a kind of bug, nival forgets something impotant.look the garrison below,it said it is an AntiMagic Garrison in the shared field but actually it is pretty useless  seems there is no way to realize an effect of an AntiMagic Garrison like heroes3

blade barrier, arcane crystal and summon hive would not cost mana when casting with dark renewal..extremely imbalance bug..must be fixed

iv checked all of my mods and moved them out of the homm5 folder but it still gives me this thing is there anything else that could stop it from being compatible?
