Hey, legend, what cartoon is that, btw? I am not sure why, but there is something about it that I really like despite the fact that I usually hate superhero comics.

lol okay first, it's not cartoon but comics (one of my top passions in life). Second, it's taken from Threshold, an excellent anthology comics magazine published by Avatar Press. Main character is named Pandora, it's a inhouse character owned by Avatar, that many different creative teams has dealt with. This time around (mini-series named Triton's Curse) it was Robert Lugibihl (writer) and Ivan Abraini (artist).
It's meant for a mature audience, but not as in porn, contrary to what those dumbheads from PhotoBucket mistakenly assumed. Some of the best british comic-book artists and more importantly writers have contributed to that line.
What's the bleeding problem with them yankees ? Death, blood, tears and even ***ing religious heavy preaching out of the Nation's mouth is perfectly suitable for mainstream audience... While a drawn breast is heresy ?

I'm serial man, I would have liked to watch you Frenchies sit around and talk about the time that Janet Jackson "accidentally" bared her breast at the superbowl.(in case you weren't aware, there was a huge blow-up over it and CBS or whatever got fined like 365,000 dollars for it.)
The truth is, and maybe 3% of America figured it out, the whole thing was just a promo stunt for the MTV video awards that was like two weeks later.

Course I heard about it. Anything ultimately irrelevant and trivial the whole world usually hear a LOT about ! 
Well, my country stinks just as bad as any so-called civilized modern democracy of our times (certainly not below average, but given its competitors, nothing to be proud of)... But at least here, religion is a private matter (in practice, it's not all that true, but our institutions are made this way). Half the women on any beach bare their breasts every summer around here.
You've got popular fantasy comics such as Thorgal or Lanfeust in which you can see a healthy dose of bare breasted babes (when it makes sense story wise) and you can find those at the youth section of any local library. It's never been a big deal. While I know for a fact that even those two series (major blockbusters in the european comics industry, for those who never heard about it) are censored in the States ! Even in Conan the Barbarian (the comics series), there's always some stupid artificial shadow or mist, extra long and wind-resistant hair or whatever other cheap trick to censor any form of partial nudity.
