Alrighty... This is proving to be a little more difficult than I originally thought. Anyway, there's what I have right now.
Topic 1
I've worked out 3 possible times for the masquerade that I'm hoping most people can make. First of all, I want you to answer YES for "I can make this time," or NO for "I cannot make this time." And I want you to rank these times in order of preference.
1. Friday, July 21st, 23:00 GMT
2. Saturday, July 22nd, 0:00 GMT (this is midnight, right? )
3. Saturday, July 22rd, 1:00 GMT
Topic 2
I've tallied the votes for an IM handler. So far, we have 7 votes for MSN, 3 votes for AIM, 2 votes for no preference, and 4 people with no answer. If I put all you no answer and no preference people on AIM... then AIM is winning! Okay, serious now. I've been using AIM for a while and can work its functions a lot better than MSN. If we use AIM, then I can direct people and invite them into chatrooms and keep thing organized. However, majority rules, so if most of you will be opposed to using it, we will go back to MSN. So secondly, I want you to give me a if AIM is okay with you. If you will refuse to come unless we use MSN, give me a .

Anytime on friday is good for me but that time late on saturday is no good for me cause I have work on sundays.
So friday 23:00 for me and it would be 01:00 in Israel 
Well I feel like I am the no preference guy so MSN would be better for me.

Topic 1: Either Friday or Saturday is good for me. Not sure about Sunday.
Topic 2: I prefer AIM since I already have it downloaded and am not sure if MSN would work on a MAC or not.

I've read your post, but I don't see what you're talking about... @ depends. Purple, green and orange are all important colors for me. I have no one "favorite color". Does this help ?
Technically, how will you make things work ? I mean, each of us should create a new unknown account just for the occasion. But to meet, we'll need to know these accounts. And to keep it a masquerade, we'll need to not know who's who... So far, the only way I can think of implies that at least ONE of us remains unmasked... Say, for instance you, Iris, post your new account that we all should add at the given time. Then you invite us all in a multi convo after we added you. Though it'd be more fun if you could be "masqued" too. But how ?

If we do decide on AIM, I'll post instructions on where to get it and how to use it. Don't worry.
Tina, you do realize that Friday 23:00 and Saturday 0:00 are only 1 hour apart, right? All those 3 times are 1 hour apart.
Guys, if these times are bad, I'll try to come up with some new ones. For now, let's see how many more people I can get.

See, Legend, this is where AIM is better than MSN. AIM lets people invite themselves into a chatroom (e.g. "HC Masquerade Party") without any help. And in addition, I have a version that lets me clone myself, so I can be on one account to coordinate, and a mystery account to participate. See? Cool, huh?
But if we use MSN, I'll try to find a way around it too. I haven't thought that far yet, but if worse comes to worst, I'll have to do what you suggested. Not a problem.
And the @ thing was just to see if people actually read the post. No other reason. ^_^

Actually it is very simple on MSN.
You go in a room with someone then you go to the upper left where it says invite.
Then you can invite whoever is on
