My HC Activity Level
Y'all,
I was offline for about a week. No technical problem, no problem at all in fact.
I was just busy and happy in real life.   
Crossed my mind later on that my online friends, fans and followers not only missed me, but worried about me as well. When someone used to make a zillion posts a day and all of a sudden they don't give any news, ppl get to wonder.
So here's my idea / suggestion : let's make this thread the place to check if you wanna know who's currently active or not. You're about to go on holidays and will be offline for sometime ? Post it here. You'll be ultra busy for a couple of days in real life and won't have time to check the forum ? Post it here. And so on.
Here's my current HCAL (HC Activity Level) for a start : I'm back online starting today, but my mind and heart are focused on real life mainly. So I'll be less active than I used to be for some time. I'll check the forum daily, but I'll probably make less and shorter posts overall.
Xarfie, if u read this, u can still count on the LegendaryIntellectual for the Hack project. 
Note: No SPAM in this thread will be tolerated. Any post not directly referencing a member's activity will be deleted.

Tina, this thread isn't meant for goodbyes but for temporary situations.
MY HCAL : From August 14th to 27th I'll be in that island up there where beers are for free but cigs cost even more than in France. I'm likely to be offline during that period.

Now for a real post this time, I think it IS time for me to take a break from activity untill I'll return to my true self again.
I am too edgy with all the war stuff going on right now and probably without realizing 'till now, release all of my tension on some members here.
I'll be back when the war is over :/

Legendary Rest / This was My (virtual) Life
Time to face the truth : I'm not active in HC any more.
I wish I could, but no.
I've joined 8 mere months ago but it feels like I've spent a virtual lifetime on this forum. A whole virtual life it is. Virtual landlord (Val), virtual security crew (Angel, Pan & co), virtual housemates (any and all of you), virtual friends (you know who you are, you darn tossers and wankers ), virtual arch enemy (that would be you, everybody's favorite devilish punk loving Mister Ego  hehehe)... Virtual games (was the point for joining), debates (turned out to be the point for staying), fun (duh !), romance (sort of), and of course a healthy load of fights (puny humans, aren't we ?  ). All this and so much more...
But things do change sometimes.
Not in here, mind you ! No matter how doubtless it may seem that it will forever be criticized by its own members, this place will just as doubtless forever live on, I'm sure. Because that's THE place, man !
Things have changed in my socalled "real" life. Not even in a bad way, to boot. Just the exact opposite. Rude as it may sound, I have better things to do, now. So I have to put my virtual life on hold, like it or not. It's always hard in a way, that kind of turning point. I'm happy yet a bit nostalgic and sad to leave you folks. 
I can't even keep up with the others' posts and threads, let alone do mine, these days. I come here every now and then and browse around just to get a taste of what I'm missing. I see a lot of stuff worth attention and response, and it's a bit frustrating when I have to pass. But it feels good to know that this place goes on.
I liken it to a family of some sort (virtual one, you guessed it ). My current plan is to join my gf in England fairly soon, this time for good. So I have to part ways with my real life family and friends for the time being. And the feeling is about the same. "Happy for you, yet sad to see you go" sums it up I think. But just because I'm leaving HC, doesn't mean I turn my back on it. This was my (virtual) life and my stay here helped me fill a lot of gaps in my then depressing life. And I'm thankful.
And I have the certainty it's the same for many of you. Some join, some leave, some stay and some return (see Leo_Lion for instance !). All in all, the Heroes community remains. And that's a relief.
My HC activity level from now on :
Expect a post every now and then (call me the new Tigris for it ) !
