Racial Artifacts
Since the past HOMM, necromancers are awarded with artifacts that boost their unique racial abilities. With the new HOMM 5, every race now has a unique racial ability as well. Since in this game, there is still a artifact that boosts necromancy, should there be racial artifacts for every other races as well?

For ballance, there should be. However, not all Skills has a percent modifier you can just increase like Necromancy. How would they work, then - something like this?
Counterstrike
Damage on retaliation strikes:
Minor: +5 %
Major: +10 %
Relic: +15 %
Counterstrike
Number of Gated creatures:
Minor: +10 %
Major: +20 %
Relic: +30 %
Necromancy
Number of raised skeletons:
Minor: +5 %
Major: +10 %
Relic: +15 % (isn't +20 % a bit overpowered?)
Irresistable Magic
Damage to resistant creatures:
Minor: +5 %
Major: +10 %
Relic: +20 %
Artificier
Bonus to effective Knowledge when crafting:
Minor: +5
Major: +10
Relic: +15
Avenger
Chance to do Critical Hit:
Minor: +10 %
Major: +20 %
Relic: +30 %

Perhaps this may affect game balance, and probably too powerful. But for rangers and wizards, should there be an artifact that allows them to craft artifacts or change their favourite enemies in the field, perhaps once a week?

A walkie talkie to call back the Avenger's Brotherhood and say "Hey! I wanna change my favourite enemy!". Haha.
Nah. That's a stupid idea. I gave up on it too. But it will be nice to have a neutral location, such that:
1. A Ranger can change his favourite enemy
2. A Wizard can craft mini artifacts
3. A Demon Lord can sacrifice armies for experience
4. A necromancer can convert his life armies to equivalent undeads of the same tier.
5. A Knight can train his army
6. A Warlock can sacrifce his army for money? Or extra growth for blood fury in capitol town?
