Wilx, if you look on the internet Dark Messiah creature cards you will find among them the city guard.

You're are going to have to be more clear to me, cause I'm quite sure where I am looking/what exactly I'm looking for. I'm sure a city guard does exist I question it's logical placement on this faction.
Also I think pegasus for this town it a genius idea. It should be high level though. It seems like a great creature to represent the air dragon.

Thanks! Pegasus is one of those units than work almost anywhere, possibly from level 2 to level 7.
I'd love to see this town fully developed.

Since(as I mentioned before) the free cities were defending against empire invasions and being outnumbered....(see pg 3 bottom) I think that this faction should have some upgrades in their town which would improve town defenses making the guard towers and the moat more effective than those of other towns. Also, because of the trade routes they should have some upgrd conserning town income per week.
Because they worship Sylath most of the units should be faster and a bit weaker than the creatures of the same tier from other factions.

excuse me, can i just broadcast an idea? very well.
i actually thought of the idea that two factions worship Sylath. Sylath, i got the impression of as, a manipulative fickle character, who constantly uses his two factions to further his own ends.
the one of the two factions in questions are the stronghold-free cities of the east, and they rule over the ranaar tundra (the north bit of ranaar). they worship him as the almighty master of ice, the cold dragon. they also ilumate him as a creative genius, as the humans of that faction, coupled with their orc allies, are using their creative genius to create mechanical weapons of war (steam and clockwork). they come from the ice to decimate the countries in the south and blanket the world with snow forever .
the second is the stampede, a faction of ogres. they were some of the humans who got mutated by the forces of Urgash, and they still worship Sylath, who has taken them under his wing. they worship him as the master of the storms, the thunder bird. they belive in the charge, and use huge creatures like Levaithans to smash the living daylights out of the enemy.
both factions hated each other, they would never work together, but who said that Sylaths plan had to involve cooperation?

lv 2 Pikeman - Haleberdier (first strike)
lv 3 Centaur - Centaur Captain (warcry,enraged)
lv 4 Pegasus Rider - Pegasus Raider (flyer,regeneration)
lv 5 Enchanter - Mentor (shooter,caster)
lv 6 Giant eagle - Roc (flyer,no retaliation)
lv 7 Silver Dragon - Thunder Dragon (flyer, insubsatntial- like the ghost ability,additional lightning non magic damage)
It is most likely that the free cities of the east will be the next faction(see ending from hammers of fate).

Very nice!
But I think that the Ghosts' ability it to strong to give it to 7th level creature.

The thunderdragon would have incorporeality but his life, damage, attack... would be lower than other tier 7 creatures.
