Ok, I hate to be a stickler but I accidentally got this modhat stuck on my head (glue or something  ) therefore I have no choice.
Let's try to keep this thread on topic. The Nintendo Wii.

I rented Warioware today 
Its fun!
I think they named the game Wii - cuz playing the games make you say "wheeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee!"
Some of them are pretty silly, but silly is good when your day's not going as you'd hoped Like in example, picking the giant nose is pretty silly - as is putting the old ladie's teeth back in - but still fun!

Sorry, I meant the Zelda game that was only made for the Gamecube -- Wind Waker. I personally wish they'd kept him left-handed for the Wii version.  ...or at least, you know, given you the option for left-handed mode or something.
The "wheeeeeee" IS supposed to be one of the reasons for the name, but the other thing is that it's also homonymic to "we", as in we are all together or something, because the Wii is meant to be a console that everyone can have fun using, and not just gamers.

I rather liked Wind Waker. Good gameplay beats graphics any day.

I agree entirely with you Fofa.
I would rather excellent gameplay but poor graphics, then a game with excellent graphics but poor gameplay.
Gameplay is the most important thing with a game, without it, then what is a game?

Yeah, any day, for def. Graphics weren't the issue in Wind Waker, though; they were actually kind of cute. Gameplay was the problem.
It's still impossible to get ahold of a Wii around here, unless you don't have a job that starts still 10 or 11 and don't mind getting up early and waiting for 2 - 4 hours.

I find that stupid. . . . someone shouldn't have to die for an object which, in the scheme of things, doesn't matter. Besides, the Wii is incredibly cheap, around half a PS3's cost. Guess they're not doing that event again. . . .
My mom would never do that (if we couldn't have one, we'd have to live with it and get it ourselves), and neither would I, if I had children.

Hmmm, but then when I play they'll toss that same seizure thing right back at me.... they're pretty bright that way
Now they're playing MarioKart - i forgot to check last week so we just bought that one today too...
I suppose if I wanted to get them off the Wii I could have just taken them to school - but the temperature was -46c , which is purely ridiculous, so they get another hang out with Mom, hog the Wii and drink hot chocolate day

That depends, will you keep your room neat and not hog the Wii?
Or... if you have your own Wiimote and nunchucks we could play multiplayer - I'd be cool with sharing. I can't believe we still haven't been able to get an extra controller lol
I read somewhere that Wii Play comes with another Wiimote though, so I'll definitely have to go buy that

I still have super mario on my computer, the snes one. I love it, even though I'm a noob at it and have never beaten it even with secrets like the flute
