I think, that Ted explain it very well, so read his post , Why you do not come to the dark side (not to Lord Vader ), the necromansers are not evil they are good people
I'm not Goth too, I just like the bad guys in the game I play with Inferno too and with the dark elves and with Fotress, and sometimes with Haven or Academy, ok I just cant play with the elves

well i love necro too, but still, inferno are ok, only one shooter (not including Pit Lords but theirs spells are not very good anyway) my favourite would be the Dark Elves, fast attackers and poisons good, Sylvan dont really like them that much, Academy very nice with spells and shooters, but are eliminated from the game early on, Fortress are really good, they have Lava Dragons unbeatable in my opinon + good healths great,Haven are always good, i really hate attacking Fallen Angels though, their life drain is very annoying, you kill 5 Angels, but they resurrect 7!
in my opinion necros are the best (not Goth), good at spells and can have an overwelming army

hmmm... *drools at inferno* I just LOVE that big tower XD , and to think that I hated inferno in H3. Academy looks nice... floating city. Necropolis is good too. I love that marketplace! The rest don't really stand out XD

I don't know why you all say: I'm not goth, because? I wasn't blaiming you to be it? If i made you all confess ? Actully i think a lot in this game is very goth looking: In the Collectors edition you get this folder with art work, i must say EVERY thing in that art book is Goth drawed ... And take a look on the Devils, they are huge, big and very goth looking... Maybe Nival is a bunch of goth wannabes?

I really think that this is the only game that inferno really looks like hell!
In the other version of HOMM the inferno looks like lava town with demons.
And academy is the hovering town, not the floating town.

The town is a little bit weak, but the design is great, in my opinion.

I wouldn't say so.It's just that the strategy is a bit unconventional and aims to disrupt your opponent.For instance while charging with wardancers,sprites and greenies sounds a suicide it is a good way to tackle enemies.This way you'll have casualties but your ranged power will be relatively safe and considering you'll almost always have luck,defence and possibly a couple favoured enemies...Your unicorns will get to blind some units and those that come for your hunters will be immobilised by your treants.Teleporting the ancient treants in the thick of battle and defending allows for some funny situations too All in all they compliment each other in this general strategy pretty well.

..and so, you need a full army to have a decent chance in battle, and with sylvan's poor creeping it may be tricky to get..

No creeping is fine.Just buy your hunters,druids along with the pixies and dancers on week 2 and you are ready to take down these neutrals.You may need to take out your ranged against enemy hunters or charge blindly your pixies and dancers so as to become a threat and be targetted.This worked some time ago,not sure about now.Anyway you don't lose any of the units that really matter and according to your enemies later you get either unicorns or treants.Heavy hitters as grim raiders are a joke even in week 2 but ranged units may cause some trouble.As small fast melee do if they are more than lots.

In regards to haven they have a problem but it should be easier when training goes down

Uhh, I still think creeping sucks here. A stack of master hunters will completely halt your progression at a map like peninsula.. Other units, like cerberi, may be tricky aswell (hard to kill all without casualties). Mages and druids are nightmare :|

Mages, Druids and Succubi Mistress are real nightmare for Sylvan but i don't think Cerberies are any troble when you can strike them down in first turn when they don't reach your back defence line in first turn. Basically all higher than lv1 range creatures are little nuicance allways but i think Sylvan has allright creeping still.

Why is Sylvan "poorer" in creeping for those units mentioned (Mages, Druids, Succubus).. what strategy you "really" employ with other towns to have no (or minimal) casualties (minimal in my taste means < 600 gold cost ).. in general, those "neutrals" are the beasts, not the town.
And believe, Sylvan is one of the most tough races at eliminating creeps without ANY casualties (this includes 1 Sprite), but it's more of a matter of luck (i.e if luck triggers or not).. Unfortunately, Inferno is really poor against ranged neutrals, they will most like fire at least once --> casualties expected
still, why are you "creeping" so early (week 2).. what will those treasures provide so much anyway -- I believe they can wait a bit, seeing that they won't go anywhere by a week or two. (and believe that "preserving" your army is a well-worth advantage)
