Second one reminds me of some Crysis pics I've seen in a PC magazine (no I haven't played the game myself), but for the first one I have no clue.

1st one : looks like a Soul Calibur yes
2nd one : actually looks like a mix of Crysis and CS_Office from counter strike.

Dark Shadow got it at the second picture! It is Garry's Mod 10, in the cs_office level with a Crysis Ragdoll..
Gmod10 is a game you can't get bored of (It takes time to get bored, and this game has a looong play time)

I think I remember a legacy of kain game called "defiance" or something like that.
the 2nd one is obviously a stargate game.

Scoffing at your roots?
Kids these days with their fancy graphics and motion controls. Why back when I started playing videogames, we used EGA graphics and had joysticks that barely worked. But we liked it; we loved it. "Look at me! I have 4 colors and a joystick!" You people don't even know what videogames are anymore. God of War, Metal Gear Solid, Super Smash Brothers, Final Fantasy... Unless there is some stupid meathead with emotional issues, the game isn't worth your time, not like back when I was playing. Think Quick. Now there was an epic tale of kids trying to navigate a castle filled with slime worms and an owl. You had to use your brain to avoid the owl and unlock the knight's armor so he could defeat the dragon. There were no anger issues, no testtube brothers, no T-Virus, no glamorizing gangbangers, no final smashes or limit breaks. No, it was just pure navigation and problem solving.
Bah, nuts to yas.

Kids? I'm not a kid, but not every country had it as good as America back then, PCs were very expensive and people barely had them in here.
And I can't believe you find it enjoyable to have horrible controls.
