Although I've never played those, I'll just say it is Starcontrol 3 or 4 (if there is such a thing as Starcontrol 4). That ship design and its Energy and Health bars look exactly like Chmrr from Starcontrol 2.
PS: From that screenshot it looks like it is still the most powerful spaceship in the universe. Good to see it back in business!!!

Yes russ you got that correct, it is Star Control 3, still have that game and it is pretty good in my opinion.
