HoMM5 Test Laboratory
Hmmm many topics with strategies, best towns, creatures, skills.....
So in this topic we will make series of creatures, towns, skills, town skills test, the aim of the topic is to find the best race in the game!
-- Part 1 -- Population Test --
So I make a map with 6 towns on it:
Haven, Necro, Fotress, Academy, Dungeon and Sylvan, all towns are fully builded the heroes have only the population from the towns for army and they have exp. only from chests, they have no previous battles, all heroes are lv. 9.
In Day 6 Week 3 Month 2 all heroes are finished and ready for battle:
Academy army
Dungeon army
Fotress army
Haven army
Necro army
Sylvan army
In the my next post you will see the results...

Ok, necroes and sylvies are doomed.
Dungeon guys will probably fall two, I don't know how you developed their hero. The same for academy.
Now that leaves us with haven and dwarves. The dwarves should win that easily - just give someone the rune of speed to get to the enemy's marksmen so that they can't shoot. So the dwarves are the mightiest, I guess. I'm not sure though, but that's my two cents as people around here like to say...
By the way, mind the week. If it's not a neutral week then wait for one.

umm I fear you won't find anything that way.. except for what faction you are best at..
But have fun anyway.

More marksmen than skellies...Even if the heroes had no skills so as to determine the units' strength it would mean little.

Well this is Population Test, I'll know where are the best creatures, but I must test many times the cretures if I want to be sure...

I never said that. Plus, better find someone else to play with, cause playing with yourself is bad even for testing. Playing against a PC is even worse.
If you play against a friend, you know you'll both do your best.

I need more info, why do you choose those heroes? how did you train them? Did you run into fx Week of gremlins? and stuff like that...
And yes, find a real life person to destroy... Ofcourse you can beat the computer... But still thats a question too, did you play with a Computer or RL person?

I can't help but think these weirdo thread necromancers are probably mobile phone browsers. Back in '04 when I first started lurking, I viewed HC using a mobile (had no PC net) and couldn't properly check the date on threads or even view them at a decent speed.
I also had no clue about forum etiquette, so maybe that's also the case here
