I like the idea of this town.. Its the town of fun... But well I hope that your Dragon is not a flyer! But a walking drake, like Magma. Why? Because: To many flying drakes! Lets have some new looking walking drakes, and I think its mean to put a Halfling on a Pegasus!  And well Killer badgers  Fun, like small tigers? Drunk halflings, fun... Fishers, why? Sorry but you could make something better, I think? Bishops, why not? Or why? Halflings don't seem that holy... Lepra fellows, I hope they will be good and not like HoMM4 ...

Originally a brewerly man, he joined the army to fight for his country, later he discovered he had a lot in common with the Brew Masters, he leant the art of good beer making, and brings happyness to all who serve him.
Starting Abilities
advanced leadership, basic danceing
Hero gives +1 attack and + 1 defense for every 2 levels of hero to his brew and ale masters, starting on first level.
Shamus Barton
Came from the Leprechaun feilds, he as has been blessed with the art of luck, can also speak the language of the Leprechauns, making them fell better about themselves, and fight better.
Starting Abilities
basic luck, soldiers luck, basic danceing
Hero gives + 1 attack and + 1 iniactive for every 2 levels of hero to Leprechaun, starting on first level.

Nice faction Ted. If I were you, I'd change the hero to Bard. I would also add some more abilities to the pub person.

A fine faction but with a few shortcomings. No skill statistics, skill abilities and an overpowered racial. It needed some more imagination but the theme is consistent and the town beautifully designed. History seems fine too The heroes biography and skills get a bonus.
Final grade 60%
Good work but more creativity and work on stats and skills next time Ted! As a sidenote the absense of stat and skill progression, normal skill abilities(which got an n) drop your grade too much I'm afraid. (9%)

I think that the best thing here is the town (description). You did the perfect Hobbiton town. Sadly, town description get only 4 points.

Final Score = 42%
The name threw me off right from the start. Hobbitton, too much from LOTR, however inside it wasn't that similar, which is a good thing 
Though I don't think that it fits into Ashan well, especially creatures like the badger, and the others, while I can see them in Ashan, I don't see it as a race.
Lack of skills. History and descriptions were good.

The Hobbiton, well as the name suggests it will include hobbits, but that is from LOTR.
Now I do not see that LOTR could fit into HOMM.
Sure, it has the medieval kinda stuff, creatures like orcs and stuff, but for this town to actually be in the game wouldn't be the best idea.
The history is not complete aswell, and this looks kinda like an unfinished town.
I would have liked to see what it could have been like when fully completed.
But on an overall note, it seems you have done some work, and some of the things are pretty nice.
So I gave you 50%.
