Hmm,I'm reading this thread from the beginning.And because I see it's pretty nice idea,maybe I could help You in something? Testing creature stats or something,don't know

Well,guys, I have some really bad news...Our main artist got kicked from team...
So we will have to do it the other way: by combining parts from existing creatures... If anyone wants to help with this,please do so.When we finish this planing phase,we will move on to the creature making...
Look,i'm really sorry,i'll do my best to keep this project moving...
Curently, i'll drop dwarfs=fortress thingy,because of the lack of recurses... But i wont stop! If anyone has free time and wants to help, please do so.I started working on creatures and will post results in day or two...

Well perhaps he doesn't have time... Making frames is a seriously tough job.
Alternatively, you can just kidnap him and cut off a toe of his for each day of not making any frames... Inhuman, but quite efficient.

Enough about him, i figured out way to change many things in wog...
While exploring ERM I found a way to replace creatures! For example minotaurs in necropolis.Still have to find a way to change their alignment(they are still with dungeon)
So current factions are:

Ork Hunter - War Drummer
Medusa - Black Medusa
Shadow Creeper - Horrible Slasher(Not sure about that name. This Creature is a big Insect that looks like a Mantis with razor sharp claws)
Troll - War Troll(Do you like LOTR?)
Blind Dragon - Abormination Dragon(Blind Dragon like Khezu from MHF)

The ideas are excellent guys, just keep 'em coming.
Being a man who doesn't like settling whit what I just have, I'm working on drawing attention to this forum, but more precisely this post.
So this is the deal...
Additionally help by spreading the word, we need people and artists are our main candidates. Should this project succeed the reward for all, but especially you guys here who have already contributed so much, is noting more than having your names written down in the HOMM modding Hall of Fame.

Now, about artwork, you should recolor different parts. Those wings about Bloodseeker (btw that's a cool name. We should change the inferno lvl 7 from blood daemon - bloodthirster to bloodseeker-bloodthirster) and Fallen's legs need serious recoloring. You can do that in Photoshop and similar programs. Here's an example (the Leotaur, a creature I made a few months ago):
I recoloured frame by frame in Photoshop and put them together in ImageReady (quite easy actually). What program did you use?

No i didn't meant name that long...They can be tyrants,just darker(for example if human archer is blackman would you say black archer?) And I didn't say evil ogre-I said dark ogre

Oh, that would be ok. I meant to change its color anyway. The bright-green stronghold ogres would be replaced by something else...
Btw I came up with this for the Tower:
Snow wisp - Ice wisp
Construct - Automaton (people of stone, found in Greek mythology. They had armour and swords)
Gargoyle - Bronze Gargoyle (they'd have strike&return, that would make them less useless )
Mage Apprentice - Mage Adept
Genie - Genie Vizier
Naga - Naga Guardian or Naga Empress
Colossus - Titan
Might hero: Battlemage (not the happiest solution, I know, please tell me if you have any better ones)
Magic hero: Wizard
Commander: Engineer (gains 20% more experience than the main hero. in addition, summons a stack of automatons at the beginning of each battle, number depends on the engineer's level)

Me thinks Tower should be Academy,has a nice ring to it
