You really want so small castle? See how big is in orginal:

1/8 screen! I resized castle intentionally. Was too small.
Yes 4 or 5 lvl gild. It doesnt matter in HIII system. All heroes learn all spells in all cities.

I can do smallest for you but no so small as I see.
For castle there are questions:
1. Red or white?
2. With serpent or not?
...
1. Red is better because we dont have red castles. In mods too I think. And this castle is really original.
2. If its not pirat city, only good serpent dont fit. Its rather lizard symbol. Regnans is skull but if its not pirats dont fit too.

Looking at the mage guild now i see i need to change the position of windows and the little door on the top of the tower because it's like it's looking right at you.

Yes I thing must be resizing. If you compare mag guild with tower near is too skinny. Resisig small structures is needed.

Yes I think that base mag guild better is like dwelling than serpent . Eg arbalistess traing place, or mages dwelling.
For guild we have a lot condignations :-) A fit dweling to mag guild and without base guild look good too.

You decide which buildings to use.Guys you are a normal building, many of them look scary and require recanstration including and animation.

Village is good I dont see reason to rework. Only size and positions may be in discusion. Do it bigger?
