Wyvern is different and not for upgrades from other dragons... the sea dragon is also another kind of dragon the frost dragon has nothing to do with the other 2..

This is the first table for DRAGONTOWN creatures, so its not perfect!!! If you dont like some DRAGONs so change them like you think it will be better!!!

The rotten dragon is the Ghost and Bone dragon in one.. They are gone... the rotten dragon will take over!
The mist dragon is hard to call a dragon so does the wyvern the sea dragon and swamp dragon.. they do not have wings or arms .. they are totally different...
The swamp is the evil wingless DARK green and the Forest is the Good winged Green dragon

What the hell?
Magic the gathering has every dragon.... The Fire dragon Storm dragon the Mist dragon the Frost dragon the azure dragon the green dragon.. Every dragon AND Creatures are in magic the gathering also.. SO pleas don't say they must leave the cards out.. NO i did not take some creatures from magic the gathering... Only the Sand wyrm.. My avatar... in HYDRA..

I make my own card games... I make up the cards and aerial draws them >;o) We are going to make a cardgame with all the creatures from homm and also the creatures i mentioned in the succubus-chimera tread.. The levels i mean the
1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 and 10 THAT are many creatures i know.. But the card games becomes cooler then Magic the gathering.. I really hate most creatures.. like Goblin kings and silent voices and all that other crab.. just the cool creatures.. (if you would like to know what i call cool look the succubus-chimera tread.. First Page.. somewere were the levels are 1 2 blalala

We must make the rules ourselves.. Because first DRAW all the creatures.. that is alot of work.. .I already did this with another guy some years back.. But that was cool too! We made all cards from kingsquest and Quest for glory creatures... that was cooL! This game is gonna to be even cooler!

Lol! So the lowest level of Dragon in the dragontown would be a Green Dragon. Lol! It would take $1 Billion just to recruit an army each week! It would take the same amout just to build the structures!
Well, unless you want to make the Green Dragon as weak as a Centuar... which I know Incubus would never do! This would never work!

What about a different approact... Instead of dragons, which you debated as being anti-social..
A race of intelligent reptiles who's most powerfull creatures are dragons tru and thru.. Anybody say Draconians? its from the age of wonders series, and i think it fits your delema....
Charger, infantry unit with first strike.
Crusher, Brute infantry unit, Wall crushing.
Flyer, fast tough unit, core of Draconian army.
Slither, Archer unit, spits venoumous acid etc..
Elder, Ranged shooter, has some magic capabilities. IE something like genies
Some type of dragon would be the lv 7...

I think that 'Dragon Town' isn't a good idea. And even more, I think there should be no "domestic" dragons at all, there should be only a few types of them and they all should be unique, wise and neutral of course. The idea is to make dragons so special that posessing even one type of them gives you big advantage, and collecting all types is almost equal to becoming the ruler of the whole land.
Anyway, dragons MUST NOT be offended in way some of you write, like creating dozens of different dragon types. That's too cruel! It is equal to insulting dragon race! Seriously!

its a great idea but the dragons should stay together in their towns.
But i think once you've finished the campaigns you get a bonus campaign where the every dragon is rebelling againt their castles(bad phrasing) for some reason and they form thier own civilization thus THE DRAGON TOWN is born.
just an idea that could be better improved
