Complete campaign won't show the V

Whenever I finish a campaign, the V that shows you finished it, doesn't show up. The scores are displayed in the high scores list though. And when I run the last save of a completed campaign, the screen shows the campaign with a V, but when I leave that screen and hit "new game" the V is gone.

I have homm3 complete and run it on XP pro

the problem is that when I open a saved game the V only shows on one campaign and not on all 3, so this doesn't allow me to play the other campaigns.

You have to play one campaign after the other. If u start one campaign, save it at any point, and then start a new campaign, the problem u described will occur.
So start a campaign, finish it completely, and then start the 2nd one. Finish this one completely, and then start the 3rd one. If u have done that like this all other campaigns will be available.
NEVER click "new" if u wanna start the next camapign though. You always have to load the last autosave of the last scenario u have played. Then the new campaign will be available.

That's really annoying - is there no way around it? I've never actually finished a campaign so it's never been a problem.

If u are tired of playing all campaigns again, just drop a line. I got all save games (Heroes Complete).
