well all of the former soveit union countries vote for each other, which isn't far, the Serbian song witch did win wasn't good enough in my opinion, Ukraine all the way!

I'd like to see eurovision with Yugoslavia and Soviet Union.
That would get rid of most of the neighbour woting. Of course we(northern countires) would still be there

We should let professional judges do their work and give points for countries, not the folks. The performance should be the main point, not the country.
Despite all that, I liked the ballade of serbia though....

Eurovision and eastern bias...
Well, I'm pretty happy with Serbia's win in 2007 first off.
That song is a power ballad, and that's a radical step off the insane monster rock win of Lordi in 2006. It's great to have a non-English song winner too.
About the voting bias, I expected that. No wonder the Western Europeans are angry and Italy and Luxembourg are boycotting. Typical Eastern bloc, always voting for neighbours...
About my favourites, while Serbia was great, I liked these as well (no particular ranking, though I would make either Ireland, Israel or Norway the winner):
Israel (funny to the max), Iceland (rock ballad), Portugal (latin flair), Norway (also latin flair), Poland (funky), Belgium (don't diss me with this choice), Bosnia (nice folk melody), Ireland (cool Irish flair, shame this came last), Lithuania (like Ireland, only Lithuanian), Ukraine (funny), Romania (funnier), and United Kingdom (not too shabby).
I hated Belarus, the Czech Republic (which deserved last position), and Andorra (stupid punk crap).
I would replace Belarus with Norway and Georgia with Israel.
Ta-Ta.

1,25 euros(if i heard well)the message if u wanted to vote.All the contest is a game that is played in our backs from few smart people to make a profit.
If someone voted for this contest is a victim.Don't tell me that this is a clear song contest.The most songs are not even songs like Ukrains wich was 2nd i think!!Or the previous year in Athens with 5 weird gyes if u remember who were "singing" all the time "we are the winners of eurovision".Was that a song?They got 5th place!!!
I didn't watch it.I think myself as stupid,as a potato if i had watched it.
Eurovision must stops immediately.BS

This contest is a more or less a joke if you'd ask me, my countrymen were absolutely horrible, I don't know how could the ones who voted send them to this contest, but I have to say that many other contestants were just as bad.
