The store-room for Graphic Designer Programs
Again I didn't find any thread about this idea. (I don't know either, if I've posted this thrtead to the right place...)
This thread would be really a store-room for GDPs. This thread would be especially good for newcomers, who want to make something good, using their own ideas and fantasies.
Now I'd like to ask all members of the HC for posting any GDPs or other programs, that could be useful for everyone, creating something special (f.e.: new fractions, spells, creatures,...). I've seen by some member that they've posted their program they use every day. However I'd like to see a "store-room" for thease.
If anyone has such a program, please write the site down, where everybody can find and download his choosen program.
Thank you!

Good overall programs:
Textpad or Wordpad (these usually come with most modern computers) Textpad, or the slightly better Wordpad, is a quickly openalbe program that can edit the data files in Heroes V to change stats, descriptions, Monster names, etc.
Paint (The most archaic picture working program, but still usefull, especially for making outlines, notes, or for easy cutting and pasting. Alternatives are Gimp or Photoshop, both of which are great picture editing programs. There are various versions of them.
Any of the Myriad of programs for opening/closing .paks
