The caption under the Heroes of Might & Magic III: Horn of the Abyss in WoG forum index still shows 99 pages instead of 8. And I have seen few other threads with wrong number of pages, though I can't remember where exactly they are

Signature should be only allowed to minimum 1 red star owners until a more effective way to deal with bots is available.

I agree with Darksy, I've been here for plenty, and I don't want some library pansy to excell over me in perks.
(post count would be better)
I'm baffled by how that bot managed to bypass floodprotect, it kicks in for me after tops 3 consecutive posts, the guy managed to post 9  .

A rather strange bug is going around the OSM. About half of the time, the user that posted last's name is switched with the poster that is two or three spaces above them when you are looking at the "Recently made posts" section or the HC main page.

Sometimes threads in Last 10 Replies have 1 more page than the thread actually has. For example, it currently says that the last reply in OSM Feedback is on page 130, but OSM Feedback only has 129 pages.

^ As far as I know, this happens when a thread has an amount of deleted posts that exceed 1 page. During troll spammer situations I've seen threads that have pages listed to 15 but are in actuality 5 cuz that's just how much spam that got deleted.

Exacly.
When the HotA thread was clean up by Cepheus, it was reduced from like 90 pages to 8, at for some time it was quite nasty.
But it ends going away after they're made enough post to advance 1 or 2 pages...

When someone will be able to tell what the similarity is between you, corejora and wog_edn then perhaps.
It's a long existing bug.

About the yellow stars bug: do you browse HC in "logged in" state? (Do you see the "Log Out" link in top right corner of the pages?) Or alternatively do you type your username and password every time you post?

This is why I try to avoid cleaning threads. Unfortunately you spamtastic louts make this virtually impossible.
Val if you have the urge to fix any small but annoying bugs, this would be a great one to tackle...

Sometimes I log via message window, sometimes via 'Username' and 'Password' under the commercial banner (when I expect PMs or want to send them... or simply when I want to edit my posts  ).

I see this bug for the first time,but others may have seen it as well.
Seems Poly has logged 3 times simultaneously.
Even in HC messenger I see him as three accounts.

In response to the yellow stars bug: You can try these steps below. Let me know if that works.
1. Make sure your browser allows cookies.
2. Do the LOG OUT by clicking this link, just in case you have old broken cookie.
3. Log in by entering your details under the ad banner.
4. Reply to a thread somewhere (your username and pass should automatically appear in the post boxes. if it is not already there, go back to step 1).
5. Check profile to see if that worked.

One more thing to try:
1. Go to Profile and set "Store Username & Password in browser memory for 1 year" to "yes", save profile.
2. Log out, log in, and post a reply.
Any luck with this one?
