Where did you take the map from? In the mapsforheroes version, that area is not same as in your save, someone added a crater so you're stuck.

I don't even remember anymore, it was some bulk maps download long time ago. It says it is a version from 1999.
Aside from this issue I haven't had any problems with it, but one is enough to ruin the effort tho

Yep, it looks like an early version, there's an event on the landing tile that steals away mana points - but prevents boats from landing. Anyway, the crater is gone from your save.
DOWNLOAD
If you encounter more problems, then I suggest you use the maps4heroes version and start from the top.
