@Daystar: That is really really REALLY AWESOME MAN It took quite some time to make it fully new (Argh Agreal has so much files) but you've forgotten a file: Agrael_mounted-Agrael_Lizard_add.(Texture).dds
@Ted: I think the Modding is about 95% done and the Mapping about 23 %
@Gnoll_Mage: All right you can send them, but I still have to decide if I'll use it, because I love Daystar's version too

UPDATE:
I did some hex editing in my exe file and I managed to remove the pak protection (In the new file the pak files to be loaded from are specificly destinated, in the older ones it was *.pak, if you do that in the 2.1 exe file the pak protection is removed) now the changes made in ToK will only be used if you use my new exe file, because I use pak files like in the old days. My exe file works like a crack so you don't need a cd. I changed the internal name to Tales of Karador - By Kronos1000 and the Version to 0.3. The only problem is this MOD will conflict with GotP since they use pak files as well.

I looked into the game exe with a text editor and guess what I found - there were references to both Orcs and Dwarves! Looks like we should have known that they were coming...
I also see a list of creatures, but I don't know how I would add extra, there isn't any `space` for more.
There's also such grammatical delights as "There ain't no any creature with ID="

You'll need a Hex editor for it, this part of the exe file is not hard coded. You have to change the signed byte at two specific offsets to 118 to make it work no need to add it to the list I'll update my Tutorial to tell people how to do this (Don't worry I'll contact you tomorrow as I'm not on my Computer right now)

Most files are downloaded directly into the maps folder.when a campagin is involved its possible files will be elsewhere too
Id suggest using readmes for the exact neccasary procedures

Nah, you don't need a readme as I'll use a user friendly Install Wizard everything will be put at the place where it belongs as long as you don't forget to use my new exe file I have removed the pak protection on my exe file and on my new Map Editor to cause my changes only to apear if you use my files.
Edit: I forgot, can someone make a good looking Splash screen the one you see after opening the H5 exe (Size doesn't matter) and a good pwl scrren the one that shows a Griffin in the standart game and Arkath in HoF the original one is located in the (a1-)data.pak file, UI/pwlscreen/Front(A1).(Texture).dds
Edit2: I have thought of something after finishing Tales of Karador I'll try to make a Faction of the Ancients I have thought of a possible lineup how about this:

Of course I don't know how much of this is possible, but I will try it, if Models are really impossible I'll recolour an existing town (If I'll make it a Tower Town I'll recolour Necro) The name is probably going to be Asylum, but I'm unsure yet (I have plenty of time this is very far away)

About the Asylum, a few of the creatures could do with a little changing and renaming, but overall I'm very intrigued. I'm going to try out a little graphical concept for the town interior. I was thinking of a dramatically recoloured Inferno...

@Cepheus: Hmm Inferno doesn't sound bad, I allready know how to add buildings of other Towns to the desired Town everything can be copied into it. And what colours do you have in mind? Anyway I know some names sound bad, I know that it was hard thinking about three Argus variants for example.
@Daystar: I was hoping about finding more about Modelling then if it's not possible I'll use:
Trogdolyte & variants => Peasants (Although I'll mask some parts)
Beholder => No idea
Dimensional Warrior => Footman with a magical shield. (I know a good effect for that )
Dimensional Spellcaster => The TotE Battle Mage Model.
Dimensional Ruler => Vindicator with a lot effects.
Argus & variants => No idea. (Beta Treant maybe?)
Behemoth & variants => Resized Yeti Model (I think I know how)
Cerulean Firebird & variants => Phoenix
Air Dragon & Spatial Dragon => Black Dragon
Celestal Dragon => Black Dragon with Green Dragon Animations.
Any ideas for the empty ones or the Hero?
