Quality posters of Heroes Community
Is there someone who you think deserves a pat on the back for the posts they submit? Do they post quality posts that really give a point to the thread? Some one who doesn’t just post rubbish like I agree or yes but.
I know one person who really puts in to their posts is ThE HyDrA. He thinks about his posts and he understands what you are trying to say. I really admire him for it and we like to IM each other a lot.
Another person would be UnkaHaakon. It would be for the same reasons of above. He has also answered some questions I was not sure about. Even before he was a mod, was a respected member of hc.
The other mods deserve some credit because I’ve seen them all do posts and I was very happy with the quality put in to them.
Sha Men has served HC many great posts which has earnt him some quality points and lots of respect from others and I think he would be next in line to become a mod.
I am sure there is many others I have not mentioned here, but I would like to hear your opinions so that all the posters who deserve credit and praise get it.
I don't mind if a person is mentioned more than once but please rememer not to post your self. You may look a little try hardish.

It's not a matter
of having many QP, I think. It's not a matter of how many posts you have either. It's a matter of will. If you ask me, Shae has deserved her position of a "responsible" one and this is what a mod has to be. If you don't want to be a mod and you are not ready or willing to do your best and sacrifise your free time for the cause of the comm, then better don't apply for the job. This is what makes RMS a good mod. And I bet Sha can make a great mod too. But only if he wishes.
I have been an admin and know how to handle stuff but one has to be wise and have a very mature sense of where THE line is. I was pretty happy that RMS didn't close or deleted the msgs of the naked girls thread. I agree it was a bit over the edge but deleting it would have cause more damage than anything good. Bravo, RMS. I have to admit I started respecting you even more.

Heck, if Unka wasn't a moderator, he'd surely mention me. Now he can just give me a QP. And I'm sure that it was him who gave me those 2 QP. I wonder what's so special about those 2 quality posts? Inb my opinion, they look just like my other posts.

Quality posters?
I would like to name first myself as I'm great listener and always read others messages before...Wait...I didn't read the last thing about...hehhee...my mistake
Well anyways...
There isn't any need to name any quality posters...Everybody knows who they are... 
Thing is that everyone has their own favorite posters. Believe me...some of you wouldn't believe which posters I think as being "quality posters".
As talked earlier there are different kind of people here posting different ways. Quality is very subjective experience even if we agree in some cases.
Some of the posters wouldn't like to see non-HoMM stuff here. Some thing that non-HoMM stuff makes us "the community" because we can learn to know other posters better.
Mods give some QPs from their subjective view. I have said earlier that there are some posters that should get more QPs. Or maybe there could be some new wave of stars, new color that is about "honor". How friendly you behave towards other posters and how much you try to keep HC clean and stuff like that. Mods could give them from one post or Val could give it by "being integral part of community and showing great posting spirit." I also think they could fit better to situation when one is behaving badly. These stars would represent that and I think redstars would have "just meaning of getting some great posts out". That way also people would understand the idea of redstars better. Of course this could lead a discussion and debate whether any of stars is needed (I'm probably judged as some sort of starlover from now on, if I haven't been before).
- I see yellow stars as that I have been here for some time posting so few people know me.
- I see red stars as that I have posted something that has impressed moderators some way.
- I see new stars (green or blue? Take your pick. LOL)as have I been friendly and I have made attempt to make HC better place to post.
This was just small idea and thing is that we should be just posting here. Some of the jokes I have heard here have made laugh and I have been impressed by some kind words which have given me joy. Those people should be membered too not only those who post "quality"...

...so that way, it's guaranteed that whenever we post, we're aiming for quality, all the time...its not like, the more posts we have, the more pretty stars we get, and we won't get any other pretty stars for posting anything interesting, so what's the point of posting at all? ...perhaps there is none, but the way I see it, at least we can't be accused of useless posting, or creating some far out, totally weird thread to try and get brownie points...I least I don't see how that's possible
