If I remember well, that water snakes one was just a forgotten sound clip waiting for us to find. Oh, and here you are:

The messenger that gives the scroll to Zehir, the one who mentioned running just 12 days  I don't remember seeing him elsewhere but it's been a while.

Hang on now, the data files tell me that was Galan too, not Galaran. I think he was also in Findan's bonus single scenario in HoF, the one with Yrbeth.

I played that and enjoyed it. I miscalculated troops and spent 45 minutes trying to whittle down a stack of 145 earth elementals with a week 3 Sylvan army. I think they were down to 89 when they took me out.
Also, I meant to say Galan, not Galaran.

I've bolded the thing you missed, Skullman  . So if you want to see - for instance - the missing scene where Findan sends off Galan to the Silver Cities, you type:
@StartDialogScene('/DialogScenes/C5/M5/D1/DialogScene.xdb#xpointer(/DialogScene)')
