RL Experience and Skills translated into H5
I'm pretty sure many of you have thought what skills and abilities fits your personality. Our ingame preferences often differ from what we actually think and want or may be totally different from our field of expertise and experience. So, what are yours? 
Because H5 system is a little restrictive but offers great variety, we'll go with up to 8 skills total. You do not have to fill all 8 slots, just go with what you have or thing you have  Forget racials, we could have misunderstandings  Also feel free to pick advanced skills without requirements, you may have empathy about some things but not be diplomatic.
Ok here goes nothing!
Luck - What can I say, I'm a lucky guy. Not always in life but my luck in games can be pretty outrageous and I have had at least 5 people that declared that they will never play backgammon with me again  Also seems to work with card and computer games. Only disadvantage is that luck good or bad comes in big doses so there may be a session where I keep losing - heh at least that does not happen often 
Attack->tactics - Actually I'm pretty calm in rl and tend to mind my own business. But in games I always favour offensive than defensive play and may the best win  It's just more fun that way, stalling tactics are annoying and I'd rather my opponents enjoy the game. Thankfully I have a mind for tactics and can adjust easily once I get a hang of things.
Defense->preparation - That's more true for my rl but before I act I always think what I have to lose and from where problems may arise so that I can be better prepared. In a game I'll try to have decent defense but normally I will prefer the direct approach - damage.
I realize that it may seem weird how academy is my favourite after what I said
Comment: I never pick preparation!
Enlightenment->intelligence - I believe that mind(and character but that's out of the analysis ) can be your best weapon and that is especially true for the age in which we live in. Thankfully I can learn things fast(maybe not as much as I'd like ) and I consider myself smart even if I can't hold a candle to some people.
Light->master of wrath - I suppose that my ideals are that of the light, protection, restoration and respect for life. While ingame I love dark spells my rl personality would go for light, I prefer improving myself rather than causing negativity on others. At the same time I favour a direct approach and I do have a hatred for unscrupulous/irresponsible/stupid(nothing to do with IQ here) people so I guess the wrath mentality is somewhat fitting. Can't be a nice guy with everyone
Logistics - I can walk for longer than most
I have a reservation for diplomacy as I doubt my leadership skills, I normally try to avoid responsibility and coordinating work for others Otherwise I'm a diplomatic person, being direct can often be for the worse. It's better if both parts are satisfied from an agreement and you can't look only after your interests and motives to make a deal - compromises must be made.

Advanced Destructive Magic > Master of Ice
All my friends hate me in the winter because I can go out in the snow without a coat while their coats are about 10 pounds!
Plus I'm Destructive.

I Indiana-Jones my way through live. (You know how IJ always seems to dive under the closing stone door? I do that with life.)
Sheild Breaking (or whatever the DE ability is called)
I'm kinda good at breaking through people's sheilds.
Runes
I know three different sets of runes (Egyptian, Roman, and Norse)
I'd like to have Gating, because I could finnaly deal with all the annoying guys at school. (They either hit me or hit on me. So :fwoom: Pit Lord = No more problem)

Umm...what an interesting thread, I would like to try.
Enlightenment>Intelligence.
for me knowlege is power . I wish I could be intelligent ,that's why I choose academy. in game, this skill offers me extra attributes.it's nice.
Sorcery>mana regeneration.
I hope I can finish my work quick and effenciatly and never to be exhausted.
Attack>Tactics.
I would like to stand in positive in whatever I do.the Tactics would make me prepared for some accidents.
Light magic
the same..I'd like to improve myself.
Dark magic>master of mind.
Unfortunately...sometimes I have some bad thoughts on my mind..
and I'd like to play tricks with my friends once a while.

So basically you are saying that these skills are a mask, something that you strive to match That's the best approach.
Btw I do like to make fun of some people occasionally but not to the point of warranting a dark skill And I guess I also like sorcery->arcane training because I always believed that some expertise and study/practical application in something gives you the experience to become more effective. More symbolic that an actual case, can't say that I can cast faster in rl

fire resistance is important because I hate hot weather.

I tend to react quick if there is an actual need for it.
Logistics > Pathfinding
I love to wander in mountains / forests. Got some experiance with it.
Luck > Dead man's curse
People tend to have bad luck while I'm around.
But it works for me too, so let's say I got "Shatter luck"...
War Machines > Remote Controll
couldn't find a better perk to explain it.
Software tends to generate more bugs while I'm around.
Shatter Destruction > Weaken Destruction
I'm quite resistant to the weather conditions, either if it's cold or hot. And I really enjoy stormy weather.

Summoning Magic>Master of Conjuration
Being surrounded with friendly allies, being able to "summon" the creatures (people) you need when you need them might be great. Sometimes all you need is people around you, if it's to help you, to talk to you, or just to make your mood better.
Leadership>Diplomacy
Being able to lead, to make people follow your way, to encourage, to create a good spirit and morale.
With diplomacy, things work better and easier. Easier to convince, to phrase, to make people agree with you or to make them to "join you".
Enlightenment>Intelligence&Scholar
Not only intelligence, but also having the ability to pass it to others. Teaching might be not very appreciated, but it has a great influence, it helps a lot, and if feels good for both sides.
Artificer
Create things that will match to your need, creatively and innitiatively, just like giving your gremlins some extra HP, so it will be hard to kill them.
Luck>Resourcefulness
Being lucky enough to taste a bit more out of everything.
Logistics>Scouting
I like to look, to watch, to learn, and only them take a serious action. Without scouting, sometimes we just can know how powerful is the enemy, things are too blurry and it might make us loose things, or to be surprised and to make mistakes.

Enlightenment
1. Mentoring
2. Scholar
What can I say, it's in my blood and given my profession. While being able to enlighten others (mentoring) is a great way to enrich our life by being useful to others, one can only do so if he strives to learn from others (scholar). Knowledge has no limits.
Logistics
3. Pathfinding
4. Snatch
Basically I fancy all adventure-related perks in Logistics. War perks are only useful at war, but the rest we can depend on daily. Pathfinding means being able to find way for others (in difficulties etc), whereas Snatch relates to being able to do multiple tasks at the same time.
Leadership
5. Diplomacy
6. Estates
Diplomacy has something to do with my previous career. I'm glad for having a chance to enhance this skill in my life. Choosing the right words is very difficult in diplomatic conversation/correspondence. Mastering that will help us deal with people in our surrounding. A slip of tongue can hurt even if we didn't mean it. Especially in an environment like HC where all opinions are written, so easy to arrive at misunderstandings. Estates, well, nothing's wrong with saving and investing for future growth.
Luck
7. Resourcefulness
It resembles an attribute where we never runs out of ideas, always have fresh ones to break deadlock in meetings etc.
Defense
8. Last Stand
Should everyone else in the team fall, I'll be the last one standing. For responsibility, and for glory.
Another one I actually want to possess is Tear of Asha Vision. Something more powerful than Resourcefulness, but maybe only the very gifted ones entitled for this. It's like an ability to find "the next Microsoft."

Im really lucky, because i usually dont get puneshed even if i did something wrong .
Leadership
Diplomacy-Well my luck also comes from Diplomacy, im not such a leadeing person but im very convinsing.
Aura of Swiftness-being abit more fast will be fun.
Light magic
Divine Strength/Vengeance! and some more blessing spells.
Guardian Angel-Having a Guardian Angel will be awesome aspecialy if it will be a girl angel .
Dark Magic
It will be awesome to curse some body!
Fallen Knight-It will be fun to be really evil and to be the master of darkness and light  .

Gee we certainly are getting a lot of "show-your-personality-via-H5-stuff" threads lately... anyway it's reaaally interesting to read all this stuff. Anyway here I go:
Racial: Blood Rage
Well what can I say I'm a very passionate person who really gets into what he's doing. The more I work the better/more passionate I get
Leadership: Diplomacy, Golden Tongue
Now this is one of my true qualities... I'm very good with words so basically in a discussion people tend to favour my side as I convince most of the people that don't.Eventhough I even sometimes tend to manipulate/demoralize/intemidate my adversary depending on the situation. Well I'm not a "true" leader but at times I'm encourageing my friends or act as a leader when necassary (sports, school, if people have problems)
Light: Master of Wrath, Eternal Light
Let's say Light stand for my Ideals (Tolerance, Knowledge and Respect )for me it's the basis for everything that is suppose to work in a society or in your life...)Eternal Light because I'm very ideal-stubborn (dogmatic is too strong a word but it's something like that) about my belives as I do not tolerate intolerance inrespectful behaviour by any means... There are just things that can't and musn't be tolerated nor deserve respect. Therefore I have a burning Wrath against all people who willingly chose to be ignorant and behave without respect (incompetent people also but that one is kind of unfair because usually people can't help it and their incompetance is only my impression [eventhough I don't tend to be wrong]) Kind of like Elvin here
Dark: Master of Mind (manipulation), Master of Pain (vulnerability), Master of Curses (Weakness Suffering), Fallen Knight
Now this is where my "Master of Wrath+Blood Rage" turns bad... I get so angry that I aim to weaken/hurt/etc. these people as I don't respect them in any way (just said that this only happens via words I would never hurt someone physically... eventhough words can be far more cruel than an actual punsh)... Fallen Knight because I leave my own Ideals behind, act against them knowing that I should just rise above the problem at hand... and I'm unfortunately quite good at this... The good thing is that this doesn't really happen often it's really rare.
Enlightment: Mentoring, Intelligence
Well selfexplanatory I guess I already told you that I value Respect, Tolerance and Knowledge which all have to do with Enlightment. Mentoring because I'm good at teaching people and I actually help them, Intelligence because I'm arrogant enough to not think of me as stupid.
Destructive: Fiery Wrath, Master of Fire and Ice
Heehe Fiery Wrath goes with the Blood Rage thing of mine and Master of Fire and Ice is much like Daystars approch I walk arround in t-shirts during winter and heat doesn't tend to hurt me much.
Defense: Last Stand
Duncan nails it... I'm extremly persistant and will allways fight to the very end for whatever it is I do
Attack: Retribution

Aand we have another paladin! Cheers! Damn you could even make a good inquisitor Personally I do not cling to light so much in the sense that you cannot correct everything(and who am I to judge anyway) and that if someone wants to be an @ss it's his business. I will take action only when I or something/someone close to me is in trouble or if someone is really asking for it. But even then it's not about hurting him but rather putting him in his place and making the others see him for what he is. In a way that hurts more. In much the same way I will not help everyone I meet though I generally like helping people.

Its very easy to make me mad. Also, I am offensive for almost everyone: mainly gypsy adn jewish, and even communist (becuse I not fully agree with communist ideals) and nazi (becuse I not fully agree with nazi ideals).

I love it. A good storm with thunder and heavy rain - you'll see me in the streets more often than on sunny days.
Dark Magic -> Master of Mind, Shrug Darkness
I really slow a group down. I easily confuse! But: I don't easily get confused, thus I chose Shrug Darkness.
Enlightenment -> Scholar
I'm quite adept at learning and teaching my knowledge to others.
Leadership -> Empathy, Artificial Glory
When the tough get going, so do I. If they choose not to - I won't bother either. Furthermore I'm quite lucky when it comes to handling technical devices of all sorts, so I figured Artificial Glory might fit that.
Defense -> Vitality
I don't get sick. Well, I do, but more seldom than anyone I know.
