Create an Army : Contest
Ok this right now is just to test the waters, to see who might be interested.
Here will be the rules.
1)You will get a set ammount of gold per teir, and any of the other resources you need to hire your army (things like ore, wood, ect sell for and are bought at 0 gold).
2)You do not need to 'purchase' any Creature producing buildings. They are for hire automatically.
3) Morale is not an issue or considered in this. So mixing and matching is allowed.
4) You must state the following for each type of creature you purchase. Teir, Cost per creature, No of those creatures, total cost.
5) The more gold you have left remaining, the lower your score.
6) No gold carries over from one teir to the next.
7) You can only buy 2 types of creatures from the same town (ie you can get peasants (teir 1), and Marksmen (teir 2) but then you would be unable to purchase any more haven troops of any other teir.
8) Even if somebody else buys a certain type, you can also, and you will get exactly the same points as them. One round will be announced later that will reverse this rule (ie you will be unable to buy a certain type if somebody else gets to them first).
9) No points are told (though they are given) until the END of the contest (ie after everybody has all their teir 7's posted).
10) Cynergy (how good they function together overall) and creativity will give more points then overall strength.
So..would this even be worth considering as a contest?

Ok, for teir 1 you will have 10k gold to buy your creatures. Any creatures that have been in HoMM (including expansions) are an option. Regardless of if they are from 1, 2, 3, or what. Couple things to note. If they exsist in multiple versions to specify which version. Only 1 type of creature per teir. The deadline will be Jan 5th. Good luck.

tier 1: 200 troglodytes (h3) 50 gold each for 10k gold]tier 1 is 10k
tier 2: 200 horned leapers (h5) 60 gold each for 12k gold}tier 2-4
tier 3: 160 steel golems (h5) 150 gold each for 12k gold} is 39k
tier 4: 30 minotaur kings (h2) 500 gold each for 15k gold}

Deadline for this is really close. Giving it a couple extra days. Now there is going to be a slight change in the next round. Teirs 2,3 and 4 will be bought at one time. That is because I've come up with additional rounds for later. Tommorrow the ammount of money for all 3 teirs will be given. Note, late entries will be accepted, but the later they are the more points they loose. To keep things fair to the ones already participating.
