Yes, you're correct about me asking for too many reloads. It's one thing I need to work on. From now on, I'll limit it to 1 per game..I think that's fair. But I know if an opponent allows even 1 reload, he's being nice because he can deny that too. If that happens, I will accept losses and report or just do the best I can and hope I can recover before he makes it to my area.
As for Infinitus being point-hungry and not playing for Fun...well that may be true, but I'll give him the benefit of the doubt and give him a chance to prove himself.
How about this Infinti...
I'll go ahead and report the loss for the first attempt at the final battle where I didn't have my ballista. Even though I would prefer to fight it out so a victory is earned (and not just given), I can accept that I probably would've lost and I will move on.
Then we can reload the most recent Hard-save and play again for the final battle. You yourself said that it was "a different game" and indeed, you are correct.
This time I will just come to fight you immediately with what I have, instead of messing around and prolonging the game by trying to take your town. I think it's a pretty fair fight and there's a good chance for either person to win.
So there, you're guaranteed at least 1 win (and possibly 2 wins) which is what you want. I'll get the final battle (and possibley 1 loss, 1 win...or 2 losses, but not a big deal) which is what I want.
I know it may seem strange to have 2 wins/loss from 1 game, but considering most games last 4-5 weeks, and this one has lasted twice as long (a ridiculous 8-9 wks)...I think that's reasonable. This way, the past 6-8 hrs haven't been a complete waste of time and it will be almost as if we had played 2 normal games.
Does this sound fair to you guys?
So what do you say Infinitus, do you accept this challenge?
PM me if you want to negotiate the details.
P.s. If you still don't want to continue for whatever reason, that fine too. I can move on and do other things in life, but it was fun while it lasted.
Btw, if we do reload..I'm happy to give you some tips I found for Sylvan to defeat Stronghold.

You should think your battles through.
You should not need a reload.
You need to play smart.
Also play by the rules as well.
I think Insitiouslalala whatever should of been more reasonable.
He plays like he wants more points then everyone this season.
I think yall were both wrong & lessons learned.
You learned a lesson & I doubt Insitiousblablah has not.
Anywho live & let learn.
Like the wise man say.

let me clear this up
i played Hourglass map with Lord Nerevar and i made a foolish move entering the portal on the island without checking what's behind it thinking that i can easily win the battle.But there were 40+ magma dragons and my army was 11 archdemons and xyz sucubuss ,so when i saw that i asked Lord Nerevar for a reload.He agreed and the other day we continued and i won the game.Also i sent him a message that i think he also deserves a win(because of that mistake) and that i reported 1 win and 1 loss against him.
also some guys that i started playing and played few hours and after that they disappeared and didn't answer back : Buxyrs, devilazas,

Yall need to be careful what you wish for.
If someone says ok reload, they should also take into consideration that they may lose the game.
Thats his bad.

...I see Lord never asked for the game to be reported. Larry offered the game because he thought is right...there's difference...and a big one.

There is no official rules about asking for reloads.
He asked for a reload & he accepted.
He could of just as simply declined.
It was his bad & knowingly he still could lose.
He should take the loss with dignity like i did when i offered reloads.
I knew the consequences & so should he.
If the game was not supposed to be reported, then was it agreed by both?
The reload as it seems was but if it was not agreed to cancel the game counting for TOH then it should still count as his won.

then what happens if player just feel to report a loss? Should the opponent not report the win?

If you want to.
If someone wants to record a loss then thats a bonus for you.
Right or wrong, you are trying to win not lose.
Anyone in thier right mind dont want to lose.
They would be lying if they said they do not like to win.
I guess if they report a loss, then you might as well take the win.

Thats what i meant. I spoke with Larry and the man told me he reported the loss without telling Lord Nerevar...because he felt that way...

of course everybody would like to win ,but i don't think that if i asked for reload i deserved a whole win , i asked for it because i would surely lose if we didn't reload ,also it wasn't asked from Lord Nerevar that i report a lose from him, but when i told him i want to reload i also told him that after the game i will report a win for him no matter if he wins or lose in the end, if he had won after the loading i would report 1 win for him not 2 ,but since i won i tought it's fair to give us each 1 win and 1 loss

As soon as Lord Nerever didnt ask for a win, didnt ask for a reload, but allowed you to do that(otherwise you have lost the game-as you said), I dont see how can Lord can be acused here of anything. Also, Larry, you acted like a real hero..thats all i wanted to say, from my point of view.

It's character basically.
I was like that too. If i felt I was at a lost I had no second thought of reporting a loss.Even though back in my day thats a waste. Many respected players in the heroes 3 era wanted a game, not a waste of time.
I am a keeper of the peace. Whatever they want I always agreed to it.
It's also an agreement.
Someone messes up or a connection was lost, they can ask for a reload.
It's up to the other person to say yes or no.
If he says yes, thats basically the same thing as saying no

If i accept your condition your dc will by a success ... Let's go back in time and see what happen in our game. Time machine, please 1 week before  Battle for Honor, center of map i trying to take down your secondary hero (he have 2 important artefacts), you going to my territory. Your secondary hero take a fight with neutrals and flee . You take my secondary town and waiting my inside like true hero liker of challenges I coming back to this town and lock your main hero inside ... You not attack my and start crying - let my out this is not fair ! A couple of turns pass, i get some reinforcements from my main town. Your requests continue as usual, you said to attack you in town coz you don't have chances anyway ... But i have my own brain, so no attack ... In short time you attack my main hero with secondary hero, and after come the final battle ... Battle continue until you realize no chances here, and here it is new request - please reload i need my balista .. I said no more, i don't have the time for reloads, i have to go soon, i have a emergency ... Battle continue a couple of turns, and dc .... Game over .... Now what you want for my ? Of coz you don't want by locked in my town You want your balista, complete change of game flow and a time machine Yes you know now exactly what i can do to you ... You seen the future ... Very bad future to you, you want reload as usual You read the rules of TOH ? Please read it one more time .... This not single player were you can try and load ... Here is my proposition - new game after you report loss ... Or no more games with you long-long time .... And of coz no more reloads

On TOh are many honorable people, here is examples i knew -
Pera the Kojot - map Dragon Pass, i get tear of Asha, he get dc for all night, i lost autosave... In a couple of days he give my autosave and we continue game ... I build tear of asha ... Game over... I said is up to him to report or not loss ... He report loss and propose my a friendly final fight ...
Larry fanoga - hi honor, no comment
Neinspiratul - we played a couple of RMG not very good templates, i lost two times coz of map build, he said to my to not report loss in both cases ....
Insatiable - no dc, no reloads, pure fair play ....
NEVERMINDSPY - i lost a game to him, hi don't take win, mayby coz i look in this game like complete noob (i played haven)
Sorry for people i forget to mention here .....

Buxyrs - started 4 games with him, 1 i lost, 3 can't continue - windows reinstall, no time, etc ....
