The file date is date when the file is created, this has nothing to do with where you place them, the mod works because the campaign hero unlock mod is older and the game automatically selects the newest files, so it's skips the arantir files from the unlock mod.
If you ever make changes to the hero unlocker, or a new edition comes out you need a file date changer (you can search such a program easily with google) to make the sandro mod compatible again.
at the moment you don't need to worry about this
Now about your other problem:
I thought you wanted him to have windspeaker, because in h3 he has sorcery and sorcery in h5=faster turns and that's also an indirect boost to the use of his raise death spell. According to my files he has no master of life, so I don't understand why you say you want that to be removed. If you have problems changing the mod I can't help you if you don't tell me what you did.

you right... i decided to leave him as fast turn... as for wat i did, i just changed the hero specialization to raise dead, and the links to the text fils...

As long as the quicksilver mod doesn't make changes to heroes the two mods will be compatible. I may have to remove the spell descriptions and some of the specialization changes. But that's an easy thing to do as soon as the quicksilver mod is released.

Considering Axeoth storyline I can only hope community members are interested in creating or recreating old maps with old stories. For truely reviving the old days of heroes 3 and 4 in heroes 5 we also need maps.

Odd question.
What picture are you using for Sir Christian?
I ask because somewhere on this board, there's a picture of him and some other heroes in Heroes 5 style.
May as well use the Heroes 5 version, if possible.

For this mod I used portraits from heroes 4 of which a lot are based on the faces from heroes 3. The heroes 3 portraits are most popular, but the quality is much too low to be used in heroes 5. I wanted to give the mod an uniform style and feeling so I used the same type of portraits for all heroes. If I would put in a heroes 5 style portrait the effect will in fact be the opposite of what you want, because it will differ in style compared to the others. I'm currently working on a mod that adds all beta heroes to the game. This mod will be seperated from this one.

Where is its french version?
A lot of people coming here is french.
Moreover, considerable them have a french game.
You don't want nevertheless that they is obliged to have 2 mixed languages in a game. that is not nice.
I would like much that modders makes the effort provide at least
an English version and a French version of their mods.

I'm French and I prefer the English version of the game, French names for creatures are just silly... But that's just my opinion.
Now what you can do is just open the mod file with Winrar and look for the text subfolder. If you edit the text files in these subfolders you can translate all the custom bios, you can even change the names of heroes.
If I had to play HV with the French version I know I would change the names of at least 75% of its creatures ("vierge sanglante" for blood maiden is utterly silly).

Dutch version is even worse. In Heroes III Mighty Gorgon was translated as "Machtige Lelijke Heks" (which literally means "Mighty Ugly Witch" )

Nope. It's incorrect.
Blood = sang, (de) sang.
Bloody = sanglant, saignant, en sang.
The meaning in French is really unfortunate. "Sanguinaire" would be more appropriate (bloodthirsty, not soaked in blood).

Winfola offered to make a french translation short after the release, but I don't think he will ever finish it. It's too long since I heard anything about it. I surely do not blame him for it, because it must be
quite a lot of work. All bio's can probably be copied from a french website but the structure of the files and folders is a mess, making it more difficult. This was already started by the ubi/nival by creating
many different names for a lot of heroes internally.

It does not matter if French like their game in English.
I think that it is important to offer at least the MODs in the 2 languages.
I am an example.
I will offer RTMG in the 2 languages.
And I have translate descriptions of the 43 NCF creatures into English.
The majority of NCF Creatures are in French and I found damage
that English did not to have it in their language.
Therefore,
I will offer RTMG in the 2 languages.
and a NCF Creature French pack.
and a NCF Creature English pack.
You are lucky, English.
