An artifact with the same effect as the bless spell.
It would be a hammer of some sort and would be equipped as a miscellaneous artifact rather than as a weapon (Since it would not increase any of the hero's statistics.). It would cause all units (including the dragons and necropolis units)to inflict maximum damage). It would trump the curse spell (including the one cast by the armor of the damned).

unless it was a combo artifact, it would be too strong.
cool idea though.
In h3, it wouldn't do much for archangels, but conflux would love it.

I could maybe see it as a relic, I'm not sure it would be stronger then say +6 to all stats. Bt I agree it would be pushing the envelope a bit.

such an artifact would give your creatures an average of +33% damage. (or 4/3)
therefore an artifact that gives +7 to attack will do almost the same.
and yes, it would have to be a relic ... very powerful one.

Its practically the same as expert offense then. But what happens if Grag hack gets his hands on that artifact. Would he do about 70% more damage. It would be like constant luck.
Too powerfull for me. It has to be held in the hand, so that you cannot hold a +12 attack skill weapon also.

well hell...
It's not too powerfull, because at the beginning of the game all have access to it. Whoever is better in the first place gets it. I do agree about having to hold it in the hand (it + 12 attack = too much)

Then there should also be an artifact that makes your units receive the minimum damage... Because this way the balance will be restored!

that's not really balance - that's relying on blind luck and hoping that you'll get one of the two artifacts
It's sorta like saying Dimension Door is fair if everybody has it...

I agree with Rogue, you can't really say an artifact is balanced just because everyone has the chance to get it. If the person lucky enough to get it wins the game automaticaly because of it, that's poor game balance.
Even still I don't really think the bless all item is that unbalanced for a relic.

Maybe if it is like the grail idea someone had... it is only useable in the town that has the grail implanted in it, but casts it automatically when under siege, and other benefits as well.
