He's around, I think, just very busy with 'real' life stuff and having trouble keeping track of all six of us separately. So I offered to take over for a bit.

Leer or Flame Wheel then? And allocating EVs makes your stats better, to reflect the effects of training. So if, for example, you were to allocate all fifteen points into Attack, your Growlithe would have an Attack stat of 54 instead of 39. You can only allocate them once though; no re-arranging your EVs unless you use some of the Berries that reduce EVs in the games (Pomeg, Hondew, etc...).

Heh, sorry. It should slow down for a bit starting Thursday, as I'll be going up to visit my grandparents and internet access will be sporadic.

It's np, but may have to put Misty on a slight hold (not long I hope). The drama lately has really sucked the life outta me.

As I've not played any of the games, aside from one, a long time ago, and I can't remember if someone has done so here, does using items take a full round? Well, what I'm getting at, does it take the pokemon's action, to use an item on it?

Back from my family reunion!!! Now to catch up on everything I missed.
@Alkar: It takes an action to use an item. So in a one-on-one battle you can either use an item or order your Pokemon to attack, but not both, and in a double battle you can order one of your Pokemon to attack and use an item, order both Pokemon to attack, or use two items.

@mamga: No worries, I haven't forgotten you mamga. Brona's got about a day until catch up, and Stacey, Mina and Misty are roughly even with him, give or take a few hours. Christian’s got less than that.
Edit:
@B-E-T-A:
I don't auto as much as winter does; there've been a couple of occasions where I've been auto-piloted out of situations I didn't want to be auto'd out of, so I try to do it as little as possible.
As for the others:
Brona has set out from Starlight City, fought a Primeape and is currently doing battle with Ghost types. It's late evening/night time the previous day for him.
Since your character last saw them, Misty, Mina and Stacey have wandered around Dewdrop collecting Berries and are currently fighting some Bandra Grunts over a wagonload of stolen goods and Pokemon. It's late evening/night time the previous day for them too.
Mamga is very patiently waiting for the rest of us to catch up so Draloed is still locked in friendly combat with the Gym Leader Pellana. He's later in the day than you.
Second Edit:
Here’s how I’m going to do the box spill mechanic. Each time you try to release the stolen Pokemon from the boxes, I roll 3d4 for each attempt and add them up. (There are 24 balls in each box, 12 on a level—the boxes can fit more but the balls are held in place with egg-crate style holders to keep them from rattling around.) Then for the release attempt I’ll roll a d6 to see if the attack hits the button. On a 1, the Pokemon is released, and I roll a d10 to see if the ball breaks—it breaks on a 1.

Don't forget, wog, you've got 10 EVs to allocate on Gastly and 1 on Growlithe.
MEGA EDIT:
Battle starts at about 11
The group fights Tom (say about an hour for Mina’s match to be interrupted and everyone to be running around getting themselves sorted out)
For Draloed:
Draloed is knocked out for ~8-10 hours (wakes up around 8PM)
~8 hours waiting for Raichu’s rescue (~4AM)
~1-2 hours retrieving possessions and getting out of the base;
succeed in getting out of the base to stop Dream’s execution ~6AM
~2-4 hours waiting in Dewdrop for Dream, having Selene’s motives explained etc… (~9 AM)
Short flight to Ternai Town
Time going to the Pokemon Center, wandering around the tower say 1-1 ˝ hours (~10AM)
Indeterminate amount of time KO’d thanks to Kriezenrak (we’ll say 2 hours) (Around noon)
Finishing off Kriezenrak and starting Gym Battle ~ 1 to 2 hours (1-2PM)
For the rest of us except Brona:
About noon arriving in the Spectral Dimension
~2 ˝ to 3 hours getting to the tree (it was the same distance away as Slashpeak was from Siltis, which is where I got the times)
~1 hour waiting for the slavers (3:30-4PM)
~4 hours to the fort, but that was at a walk and thanks to Spencer we didn’t walk. Also the trek to the slaver ambush might have been on the way…I’ll say about 3 hours (6:30-7PM) for the whole mess up to Salerdia showing up and leaving the Spectral Dimension. Then we split up--
Christian:
~1-2 hours being lead to and getting reamed by Selene, then going back to quarters, sending off messages etc… (7:30-8:30PM)
~8 hours sleeping (4AM)
~1 hour getting lost, then eating and socializing over breakfast (5AM; Selene then zips over to Ternai Town for Dream’s execution
~1 hour exploring the base so far (6AM)
Stacey, Misty and Mina:
~2 hours wandering Dewdrop, fighting Bandra goons (~9PM).
Brona, as previously established, is at about 1:30AM.
How does it look?
