There is actually a decent final battle going on in Naruto right now. Some pretty fun combinations of techniques.
Might actually end rather well. I wonder how I would've felt about this manga if I had discovered it right now, and just read it from start to finish without any time to you know, dissect the **** out of it week to week.
It's not BAD, really it's not. Does it deserve all the attention? Lol no, but still, not BAAAAAD.

EDIT: LOL, I was dreaming when I wrote this. I though Ad was talking about Karate Shokoushi Minoru in the post above for some reason.
The early chapters were and still are pure gold though.
And it's one of the rare mangas where they actually do like 95% of the moves RIGHT!

Dunno Adrius you know that your mansurfing windchuck holds a special place in my heart but I can't bring myself to agree with you. I've started reading Naruto again (like the last 80 chapters or so) just for snows and giggles and I find the dialog to be mindblowingly awful not to mention that I don't feel that Naruto has progressed as a character in the slightest, like not even a little bit. It's what killed it for me.
When I read everything before Shippuden I enjoyed it a lot but then after the timeskip nothing changed lol. He was exactly the same character and he stays that way till the present (atleast from what I can tell) blruagh and now everything is super hyper mega giga über dunno seems a bit too convoluted, farfetched and "Super-super-super saijayin-esque" to me.
Same reason I stopped reading Bleach (Ichigo randomly powering up a billion times for (in my opinion) increasingly ridicolous reasons was just too meh for me. I never felt like he did anything really significant after working to get his bankai to become stronger... it sort of just happend to him. Artwork is as divine as ever though.

@joonas: hell no Karate has been awesome all the way through pretty much. I thought it was a bit too serious around the first big tournament but it's been progressing into being half hilarious fun half badass again after that.
@azzie: it's not good but not baaaaaad is all I'm saying. It's like hating on twilight everyone does it

I've watched psycho pass, well recommended.
The story takes place in the future where it is possible to instantaneously measure a person's mental state, personality, and the probability that a person will commit crimes with a device installed on each citizen's body called the Psycho-Pass. It follows members of Unit One of the Public Safety Bureau's Criminal Investigation Division and the crimes they investigate.
Psycho-Pass explores many societal and psychological themes, such as the price of living without stress and emotional repression. A very interesting what if scenario, where the 'system' tells you what path in life will bring you the most happiness and protect you from crimes that have yet to happen. Yet things are not as ideal as they seem.

If you want an interesting Western, I recommend Green Blood. It's short (49 chapters) but it is very entertaining.

I'm done reading Fairy Tail... i haven't enjoyed it for a while mostly reading it out of habit when I had nothing else to do but the amount of fanservice is getting completely retarded and there is really nothing compelling in the story. Last chapter was pushing it with that completely retarded boobshot of redhair but this chapter just seriously wtf.
Dont get me wrong I love boobs but I don't read mangas for that. It's just silly really. I hated it when this happend to Kenichi cause that was a series I really enjoyed but now this is just getting stupid lol.

Finished FMA: brotherhood. I'll probably look into the manga and the original anime now. In the meantime I'm watching Hokuto no Ken and I'm absolutely mesmerised. Kenshirou is like a bad ass Jesus, if Jesus also blew up the heads of bandits that threatened to kill innocents around Jesus.

I read Nausicaa a little while ago.
Just wow. It was really good. Highly recommended.
The storytelling kind of sucks and the protagonist is an idol for like, half of the story but still, damn it was good.

It is certainly gratuitous. I thought the line: "the novelty of it has certainly worn off," (or whatever it was) was very poignant. That said, at least Fairy Tail isn't as bad as History's Strongest Disciple Kenichi. The series is chalk-full of gravity-defying breasts and overly determined nipples.
I will probably stick it out though. I generally see things through to the end. Hell, I even started back up reading Naruto chapters, just to see the conclusion of the blasted series. I'm sure it has something to do with charka. Always !@#$%^& charka.

So for the last few months I've spent many hours reading graphic novels pertaining Predator. While not being a big fan of Concrete Jungle, I highly enjoy a good story about a duel to the death between Predator and whomever should find himself unfortunate enough to face a warrior of the Yatchwa. Let's say... Batman?
Try not to lose control of your bowels gentlemen! Whilst the titular characters may be all featured, the "VS." in the title is highly exagerrated.
The most amusing part is that Superman and Batman bicker like a married couple and this is amplified further by the presence of Lois Lane, Clark Kent's ACTUAL wife.
Skip this one, pick up Batman vs. Predator instead.
