I don't know, but I liked Gant and Claymore. Though, both have filler endings
Vision of the Escaflowne is quite slow, but the ending is very interesting with quite a lot of interesting points about the philosophy of man... They're not very subtle about it, but hey, at least it's glaringly obvious instead of making you wonder what the hell the point was in showing certain things...
Also, dragonball z abridged is pretty awesome.
And berserk abridged...

Oscarius already read Claymore, like all the chapters, he's a powerreader
I tipped him about it, it's a pretty damn good manga. Kinda reminds me of the Witcher in some ways.

But why don't they ever end! Seriously, berserk, gantz, claymore, they just... Never have closure. I don't want them to end just now, but I want to know whether they'll end someday and not just because the mangaka had a heart attack. I'll prbably dive into the blade of the immortal, next, by the way. the anime is pretty awesome, well, there's one character that's pretty awesome to be more specific and, hold your horses, it's not even the guy with the swasticha on his back
Though, he gets pretty close...
Also, the anime ending of claymore blew goats
EDIT: GIANT SWORDS FTW!

YEAH! Blade of the Immortal is what I'm reading now!
So awesome manga... I love it.
I never finish any mangas... I suddenly just find some other thing to read and then start reading it and then the whole thing repeats itself...
I should just focus on one manga...

Well, I've finished watching NGE. (Although I'm yet to start on End of Evangelion.)
The ending makes less sense than TheDeath's OSM posts run through Babelfish. I have some questions:
SPOILERS (don't answer if the question is answered in End of Evangelion)
1. What happened to Asuka's dad?
2. Why was Asuka's mom so insane?
3. What, exactly, caused the Second Impact?
4. So what actually happens to Asuka (as of the end of the anime)? Does she just stay in her depressed state?
5. Who/what is Lilith? Where did she come from?
6. What happened to Adam?
7. How is it that the Evangelions end up going insane every other episode, and yet they are still used?
8. Why does Unit 0 go insane all the time under strict testing conditions, but is fine in actual combat?
9. Whose child is the original Rei?
10. Does Ritsuko die? Does Misato?
11. Does the penguin have any significance beyond comic relief?
12. Is the pairing Shinji/Asuka or Shinji/Rei?
13. What is the Human Instrumentality Project?
Edit: Now I've watched the End of Evangelion. Now that's a Gainax ending.

@Mvass: I haven't seen NGE, but I've heard that it has one of the most bizarre and confusing endings in recent history, so if you can't find anyone who understands it, don't feel bad.

Well............. i have not watched NGE myself, but some animes got this bad habbit. But again i do not alot of knowledge about it.
In some cases its because their doing a 26 episode long manga adaption, and the manga is on quite the more number of chapters. In some other cases its because the writers screwd up at places, it happens. In worst case i would guess its a novel adaption, there are good ones like "The Melancholy of Suzihama Haruhi", but there are the ones who fail like "Zero no Tsukaima".
Or its actually intended that way, like in life sometimes there is not any awsers left to find about the dead end. I dunno.

With NGE, the anime came before the manga, so that's not the case. It seems that they just ran out of money.
Also, I'd like some advice as to what anime to watch next. When I was a little kid, I watched Pokemon (up to Johto), then I switched to Digimon (watched up to the end of Tamers), then I watched Yu-Gi-Oh until they cancelled it in the middle of Season 5.
Now that I've been getting back into it, I watched Neon Genesis Evangelion, and liked it. Then I watched Death Note, and liked it too. Now I've started Code Geass, and, 3 episodes in, it seems a bit meh. Is it worth watching or should I try something else? If it's the latter, what should I try?

Geass sucked in the start, got awesome later on.
I would recommend Slayers if you got time, its awesome in its ways. >Link to season 1

The problem I have with Code Geass is that it doesn't bring anything new to the table. Evil empire vs struggling rebels, with scheming genius is a very stale premise.

"Evil empire vs. struggling rebels"? Is Euphemia evil? Is Cornelia evil? Is Suzaku? Indeed, who is worse - Lelouch or Suzaku?
