From my searching, Xarfax used to have around 14 QP's at one stage, I think.

It seems like Xarfax had only 3. That's what comes out when you search. Maybe he deleted some of them, or they were deleted by someone else...

He has deleted all his good posts and left HC at least two times now.
But he still keeps coming back. 
I think that's why the delete thread option was removed. His threads on heroes 3 tactics were at least as good as Frank's. The community didn't like him deleting those.

Because there is a site that I go which is an internet archive, and I searched some of HC history and at one time he had around 14 QP's or so it looked like, that's how I figured it out

Since you don't know Xarfax, you're really not in a place to judge him.
I'm not going to answer your questions about how these things happened, 'cuz it's much more entertaining to read your guesses - but I'm not going to tolerate you talking badly about anyone either.
Maybe this is a mod warning about the CoC, or maybe I'm just sticking up for my friend - but either way - you need to stop it.

Motorschaaf is not banned, he still comes here, but just not very often

He was? He's just at -8qps  There's not much to discuss, he could not help but unleash his gibberish once more after having been repeatedly warned. Those who also check ch I suggest taking a look at Kalah's round table weekly, you may find his first post there very enlightening
