I don't think it's new dwelling, while it has no flag.

That's true, no flag on the uilding. Maybe a Phoenix/Firebird bank? I would love that

One more question, some technical stuff: are these wooden walls decorative objects (like mountains) or maybe they are "drawn" like a river or road?

They are not entirely NEW, they were just not allowed in editor so far . You could find both of them in campaigns.
Not sure if the icon of victory conditio is in the game or you made new one?

Its new ( or at least edited ) because you can see the lvl 7 unit from Cove.

well, continious battle animation and negative luck as well was meant to be in game but for some reasons NWC didn't finish it. HoTa continues NWC work.
