Uruk-hais naturally. Being bred from orcs and humans, they are at least as strong as any orc and are more intelligent. They are bred for the sole purpose of crushing their enemies. Comparing them to warcraft orcs is like comparing the terminator to a marine soldier - both are great warriors, but the marine still stands no chance.

There were four types of uruk, five if we count the berserkers, six if we count the (e)lite uruk-hai that traveled with Lurtz to kill the fellowship (yes, they were the best among the best of uruk-hai). Anyway, you had the shock troopers who carried around big shields and cleavers, you had spearmen and crossbowmen (both had a small cleaver as a spare weapon) and engineer troops.
But tbh, I think we're talking the sword-wielding type, since they're the most 'common'.

well an uruk hai sword dont look like it will stand up to an orc axe
and if theire trained to kill, they dont really have battle experience- a real warrior is forged in battle!

They're not trained to kill, BORN to kill! At most they have four week training (the elite uruk-hai had a training that lasted much longer, but if you're saruman and you have ten thousand of the dobey snows, then you don't waste time training things that are already basically killing machines capable taking one or two humans anyway), the rest is animal instincts from their orc counterparts.
An the weapons are of good quality, made of a heavy ore, mostly lead (led?) (damn spelling), which is firm and sturdy and definitely not very clean. Not exactly a razor edge, but the brute strength of the uruk should make up for that. Also pretty long with hooks to it (which admittedly is for combatting rohirrim more than anything else, but an advantage is an advantage).
And, lucky, every piece of armour you'll ever see is either impractical or weak around joints, like the neck, wrists, knees, etc.

but then the orc would be fighting a lead poisoned uruk
I doubt that most of the uruks dont have some type of cancer(thus making them weaker)

let me see...
uruk
- good armor
- born to kill
- medium/low inteligence
- use simple/average combat strategies
- very evil!
orc
- 2 axes
- very low inteligence
- larger than uruk - i think - ... how much higher they are, much worse is the fall!
- and that small head makes him looks more stupid than evil...
uruk wins!

Lucky, all armours, all of them have at least the same weaknesses as full plate. Most of them have even more weaknesses
Thing is that those shields can also be used for stabbing, so getting close enough to precision strike at their neckis really hard, if you want to live...

well i have to say: i never played any warcraft game... since it i made my opinion only based in that picture... - answer honestly: that orc doesnt looks stupid?
-but i stay on my ground! uruk wins! even both are estrategicaly inteligents, have goos armors, are skiled in use of their waepons, are natural warriors - uruk born to it, and orc society meke it a warrior - but, uruk has a 'true' motivation: larger than glory, honor and expansion of the orc nation: if the uruk fail saruman will never forgive him! and will have no mercy...
the uruk kicking stabing the orc ass
uruk is more versatile!

what i meant is that if figure out one guys weak spot in his armor/weapon, it doesent mean that you know everyones weakness, because theyre to different from one another.
Uruk hai however all have everything the same, so supposing you find a weakness in the armor, it works for all of the armors, because theire all the same style
edit
Godric, that is so inacurate i dont know where to begin.
1. orc is not that huge
2. uruk is not that small
3. Combat footage(brown orc is not deamon orc)

Nope, regular bow.
Lord Godric, that is awesome!
I also agree that Uruk-Hai would win.
However, I think when I posted this I was getting confused between Warcraft and Warhammer orcs
I think Warhammer orcs are alot bigger/stronger and much more armored, but too bad because they are not in the fight!
