Ok my dear ladies I hope you all know how this works by now. If you don't you should!! Now feel bad and don't continue reading before you've read my overselfexplanatory masterpost .
The rest: I will send you HCM's with the list of participants and you'll send me your thoughts on the participants. The more the better as I think everyone would like to hear as much about his pors and cons as possible. But it's up to you how much you write anyway.
I will be asking the participants from the awesome first round to give feedback on you guys aswell so that you get as much as possible. Can't guaratee for their answer though. I'll post the results as soon as I have everybodys replies (you guys better not be as slow as me ).

Sorry guys for not being able to match your excellent speed but unfortunately the not all the participants have send their replys yet (only two left actually) and they haven't said that don't want to say anything so I have to wait for them. Please be patient you all have something to look forward too .
